Perfect place to stay when exploring London on a budget, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the social spaces were clean and well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but what you'd expect considering the price and was perfectly functional considering we were only there to sleep. The beds were surprisingly comfortable although people on the taller side may struggle for space. It is also located very close to a convenience shop, a tube station, a large bus station and another tube and above ground train station which is great again budget wise because there was no need for a taxi or additional transport despite our luggage. It was also incredibly helpful that they have bag storage you can use if you arrive prior to check in which gave us time to explore the city.

Great stay. Everything was clean, staff were very kind and available 24 hours a day. It has a bus stop right out the door and a metro station 15 minutes walking. There's great security inside, having to scan your card in several doors before arriving to your room. It has inside and outside common areas with table games and a vending machine. It also has a common kitchen with lots of utensils, a shared fridge and a shelf with some stuff to take whatever you need. We really liked the hotel and would visit again.

Great value for money and does the job. 24/7 reception is great as well as the use of social areas downstairs. The rooms themselves could do with an upgrade as not all sockets work and the shower has no wall attachment unit however you pay for what you get.Large fans provided to combat the heat which was great

Very clean place to stay with the family. The staff was very supportive. Close to the local shops and bus stop is right outside the hostel gates. It was our first time at the hostel but it was really a great experience. The hostel has everything you need for your stay

Dear Comrades,The accommodation provided to us is not entirely satisfactory. While it may suffice for a stay of one or two nights, there are several shortcomings that are regrettable. Let us begin with some positive feedback: the beds are quite comfortable for sleeping, the ground floor toilet is functional, warm water is available at least once a day, the view is satisfactory, and the staff is, for the most part, friendly. Now, regarding the deficiencies: The toilet flush was faulty, and despite instructions from the staff, it only started working after several days, and even then, only by chance. The rooms are rather small, with some containing too few and others too many wardrobes. The bathrooms are not particularly clean, and there are no surfaces to place personal items. Some of the electrical outlets do not work, and despite our requests, they were not inspected. The staff is adequate as long as one does not require their assistance.Additionally, the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby and is extremely slow, making it difficult to use. Furthermore, there is little to no mobile data signal within the building, which severely limits communication options. All in all, there is considerable room for improvement.Sincerely,The Germans.

I recently stayed at this hostel and, unfortunately, had an incredibly disappointing experience. I usually have pretty low expectations when staying at a budget-friendly hostel, but my stay here was made worse by the staff, particularly a person named JaXXX.From the moment I checked in, JaXXX was rude, dismissive, and acted as though my questions were a burden. His attitude really created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming vibe.

Great location, walk along Thames Path to Tower Bridge only about 20 minutes, seeing lots of interesting buildings and river life. 10 mins walk to Canada Wharf tube. Hostel staff all very helpful, polite and efficient. Rooms are fairly basic as expected but comfortable and clean. Try Mayflower pub for a great welcome and beer.

Stayed here as part of a school group. The rooms were basic, but comfortable, lots of sockets/USB ports which is a bonus. The en-suite bathroom was a bit tired looking. Breakfast was very good. There was a nice bar area too. A good location. Service from staff excellent.
