Acceptable for a budget hotel. Very nice reception staff. Room was quite small . I was disappointed that I had requested a twin room a year ago and this was not allocated. The room was in the attic and was quiet . …

It was at a good location. But since we couldn't find a spot in the parking area, we had to park on the street. The room was decent, and the bed was cozy. It appeared like the toilet had not been cleaned after the last visitors. Sleeping was difficult due to noise; at one point I thought someone was knocking on our door in the middle of the night. We complained to the staff about the lack of hot water in the shower upon check-out, the polite lady informed us that there was a problem with the shower and that we should had reported it whilst our stay. We probably would had but there was no phone in the room. I don’t think I would stay in this hotel again. Not a great experience.

Pros:- Incredible breakfast service- Comfy and clean beds- Room has all the basic amenities you'd expectCons:- Mold in the bathroom thanks to the very lacking ventilation- Terrible, terrible wifi connection- Paper thin walls, if anyone above you is walking; you won't get any shut-eye.Overall a nice place to stay the night, can very easily become a 5/5 if the cons are taken care of.

My time at the King Solomon Hotel was anything but enjoyable. The place was shockingly dirty, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The rooms were cramped, and finding the room numbers was a challenge. Everything was covered in dust, and the bathroom had a terrible smell upon entering. The hotel's location, about 40 minutes from central London, is in an odd neighborhood, not ideal for tourists wanting easy access to the city's main attractions. The service was abysmal; I tried calling to complain of my personal phone as there was no phone in the room to no avail. Then went down to reception but no one was there. Eventually spoke to reception that was unwelcoming and unhelpful, adding to the negative experience. With mold, odors, and constant noise from the room above, sleeping was impossible. Overall, it was a nightmare, and my London trip was far from enjoyable due to this hotel. I wouldn't recommend the King Solomon Hotel to anyone.

I booked King Solomon Hotel for two nights on August bank holiday. After reading the reviews I was quite nervous but thought we’ll give it a go as we paid £115 for two nights. We drove to the hotel and found it really easy to find with plenty of on site parking. Location was great as it was no more than a 10 minute walk to Golders Green station.Overall the stay was great. Really friendly staff. Super polite and helped when needed it.Bedroom was simple yet comfortable with everything we needed. Plenty of tea and coffee for refreshments. Lovely shower room, tv with free view channels and the room has a fan if you were too warm. We were looking out to the main road and didn’t really have any issues with traffic noises. The bed was SUPER comfortable the only issue we had was that the pillows we had were extremely thin and we struggled sleeping the first night however, we spoke to the receptionist and asked for more pillows and they found some that were perfect.Overall the hotel is amazing and doesn’t deserve the negative reviews it’s getting.I will 100% be booking again and cannot wait to go back. Absolute bargain for the price we paid for two nights!!Thanks to the team at King Solomon. See you again soon!!

Terrible, claustrophobic room. I checked in at 6 PM and checked out within 3 hours. The room was on the second level. Finding it was hard, it felt like a maze. The room was super tiny and really claustrophobic. Tiny windows on the ceiling. The carpets and bathroom were dirty. The neighbours next door were super loud.I decided to leave and not stay the night.Definitely not worth the price, I feel. There are other options in a similar price range that are much better and livable.

we rented 2 rooms, 2 adults 4 children, for 1 night. we are very satisfied, the rooms are very good size, clean, bathrooms are clean and nice. good beds, comfortable mattresses, fresh and well-kept bedding. The lady who was at the reception when we arrived was very nice and willing to help us with our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to London.

We stayed for 2 nights in August for the Taylor Swift Eras tour. We had a double room which was cosy, the beds were comfortable. Beds were made on a morning with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always said Hello. Hotel is in a good location too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Well I came down from Scotland for a concert and didn't realise I could get a train for 35 until it was too late so flew into LHR. Now the easy bit for everyone else's benefit. Terminal 5 elizabeth line to tottenham court road and from there to goulders green. Then to save more time and walking in the rain I then found the 83 bus go past Tesco press the bell and it stops right outside the hotel on the left hand side.I had originally booked premier inn for 217 Inc 2x breakfast. But location wasn't right. Found this place then found slightly cheaper via vio.com paid 167 including 2 breakfast too. Was dubious as so many houses class themselves as a hotel but walking in it felt just like a hotel with proper reception desk 2 staff. Warm welcome free wifi (which you pay extra for at premier) got given directions. Now that's where it lacked something as I was told up the stair. Not realising there about 6 or 7 different stair cases and like Scotland the numbering sequence is off. But found my room in the end. The whole place corridors etc all smelled fresh. With air freshener too. Room is roomy and spacious. Complementary toiletries towels and T&C facilities. Doesn't feel hotelly but feels more homely. Yet to test water pressure and temperature or sampled the food. So will update later for this.Major downside for me is there is no seeting outside for the smokers and no ashtray etc so smokers are seriously victimised in my opinion. But don't let this suade you. Nearby within 5 minute walk tesco, Sainsbury's M&S too. Room comes with fridge so easy to purchase your own meals if need be

My experience here started out on a bad foot. I was badly stuck for a room on short notice. Seen this place was 66 euros on booking. I rang the hotel to make sure a room was available. They said the single room was 95 sterling. …
