First thing to say, staff are lovely. They are always there to reassure you whether you're passing through the lobby, having a drink or dinner.Slightly annoyed as the website does say free parking and even when you get into the lobby, but I had to pay money per night for it to stay.Room is spacious. Only one plug socket though and not even near bed so Id bring a portable one it you have. No fridge which was very unexpected as most hotels have one. Couldn't put any bottles in to keep cold.I guess if you're sensitive to noise, don't stay here as it's right next to a train track and the motorway. This didn't bother us too much but can be noise when trying to relax.Food and drink were fine. Drink was a bit on the expensive side. Food was fine, including breakfast which has a nice little buffet of both hot and cold food.

The hotel is has welcoming staff ready to support me whenever I needed help. It has good food though same breakfast throughout my stay but I didn't have any stomach complain. The rooms were clean and cleaned and well kept throughout my stay. Thank you very much.

Nice and cozy. Sufficient necessities to help you feel comfy and feels at home. The breakfast was lovely as well. Just one downside for me, perhaps if the room had more power outlets, that would be helpful as i do have a lot of devices and phone I‘d hope to charge at the same time rather than charging one by one

Basic hotel. No hot water, just slightly warm water for bath, but nice towels! Food is ok. Service was good. Location is convenient for North London events at Wembley Stadium or Arena. Hotel charged £5 to park the car there during our 1 night stay which isn't great as the hotel is on the side of the M1 motorway and you can't really get there without one, so your stuck with that. The hotel serves a purpose due to location but don't set your expectations too high.

Bed was clean, but nothing else was. No phone in the room so couldn't call reception. One plug socket on the other side of the room so couldn't have my phone next to bed, zero water pressure or hot water. Air con didn't work so room was boiling. Opened window and had trains waking me up constantly. Broken crappy iron and had to go down 3 floors to reception to sort out and carry an ironing board through hotel and lift. Terrible experience to be honest

Overall the experience I had was rather poor.We were completing the self-check-in when person manning reception finally returned. He was brusk and not at all welcoming. This was also the manner of every other staff member that we interacted with during our two night stay. The check out staff member barely acknowledged that we were checking out. He was on the phone but rather than give any indication that he was getting off of the phone or that we could just wait a moment, he just kind of stared at us and indicated to hand over our keys. He couldn't even be bothered to smile to send us on our way.The air conditioner did not seem to work in our room. After an evening of trying to sleep with it being 26° c in our room, I stopped by the front desk on our way out to request maintenance to look at it. I was told that the AC does not work in the entire building. I was asked if I already had a fan in my room as if that was expected. I said we did not and could one please be put in as we would be out all day. When we returned that night at 11:45pm a fan was not in our room. I went to the front desk to request a fan and was told one would be right down. After 20 minutes I went to the front desk to check. One of the staff members had a fan in front of him but they checked my room number and said a fan would be right down. 25 minutes after that I returned to check on the fan because we were ready for bed. I was told there weren't any fans. I asked about the one next to the staff member. Apparently that one was broken. I was told they had searched rooms where people had checked out and there were no fans. But that if they found one they would bring it down. I told them not to bother as it had been 45 minutes since requesting one and we were going to bed. The staff seem to think they could just stop by at any time after 12:30 in the morning. If your entire hotels air conditioning is broken, you should have enough fans for every room for your guests comfort.Additionally, when we arrived there was a beeping in the room next to us. We had been told at the front desk that there had been a power outage earlier and they were trying to work on resetting different systems. That beep went on all night long and continued into the morning.Power to the entire building went off for 15 minutes before we left for our day out after might one, making the room and hotel even more stiflingly hot if that's possible. On our final morning, the room next to ours appears to be some sort of housekeeping or storage room. There were door slams and all kinds of loud noise in there well before 9:00 a.m. which woke us up off and on.While I understand this is a quick stop hotel for many people along their route, it was an absolutely poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel. I would not stay here again.
