hostel bathrooms were not clean at all. They were disgusting and unsanitary. There were also a scarce number of them for the amount of people they were shared between. When we complained at the front desk during our stay the staff did not care at all and did nothing to fix it. My friend and I left early and booked another place because it was so bad. Worst hostel we have stayed at on our trip. Avoid it. Also there is no maximum age at this hostel. Would not recommend especially for young women.

Staff were lovely in the bar area which is also the reception. The location, not being far from coach and train station in Victoria is excellent. However, while probably being one of the cheapest places to stay in London it isn't value for money and smacks of pile them high, do it cheap and make loads of money for the owners / company. Usual Brit mentality I'm getting so bored with. The bunks, 3 high are too flimsy and are not private pods, no curtains. The bed itself was comfy, I was warm enough so expect on a warm day it's unbearable. There are not enough washroom facilities at all! Toilet is in same place as shower, it's soaking wet everywhere and the washroom was dirt, hair clogged in drains, yuk. So my conclusion is very expensive for what you get. It blows my mind that I've stayed in hostels all over the world, inc in countries Brits would consider 'developing' ones and they are way cleaner, private pods, air con.

⚠️DON'T STAY HERE This is the worst hostel I've ever stayed atFrom the moment I checked in the staff had a very rude attitudeI was bitten by bed bugs all over my body🪰so I asked them to change the bed or the sheets, but they said, 'We can't do that'. I asked them to refund me if I bought medicine, and they told me to check out now and Kicked me outIt was past midnight, and I'm a tourist so I don't have a phone number and had to go directly at hotels even I'm a girl, I found another hotel at 2AM.The staff didn't apologize even after seeing my skin and the photos of the evidence, and when I asked for a refund, they doubted me and got angry, saying 'I'm not stupid'. Who would knowingly get bitten by bed bugs just to get a refund for a cheap hostel?

- Nice location, guess that’s everyone heading for to catch the early flight.- Minimal light in the room (no curtains, no bedight etc.)- No soundproof (squeaking floor and bumping doors)- Old style bathroom without any ventilation, dirty, wet, filthy.- Not welcoming staff, not smiling. Slow-check in- Very narrow and small bed, you can’t even sit up if you are at the lower bunk bed.-Slow internet, not the high-speed as advertised.Horrible, and expensive, if you are looking for a bed to crash, then this is your place, don’t expect to meet someone nice to chat with, probably the worst hostel I have ever been. Not even sociable. No seat to stay in the room.

Besides the friendly staff and good location there is nothing nice about this hostel. The bathrooms are disgusting- smelly, dirty (soap and toothpaste stains on shower doors and mirror, wet toilet paper lying on the floor). The floors are always completely covered with water due to the shower being open so the only place to put your clothes, toiletries, toothbrush etc is on the toilet seat or dirty bin lid otherwise it will get soaked. Also not enough bathrooms for how many people are staying there. The rooms- triple bunks which feel unsteady and move around a lot, not enough space to sit even close to upright in bed (and I'm short). Basic things would make a big difference to the rooms eg a small light for each bed, a shelf by the beds, a small mirror in the room to make getting ready easy, some kind of table or shelving to put some bags/ smaller belongings on so everyones stuff is not completely covering the floor. The lockers are small cages which was weird. There is no kitchen or common area (besides the bar) so not much of a vibe.Would not recommend

The hostel is easy to get to, 10 minutes from Victoria Coach station and 15 minutes from Victoria Underground. Located in a quiet neighborhood, as a female I. Ever felt unsafe. Unfortunately there isn’t anything around. …

I don't recomend this place, just 2 bathrooms outside the rooms for the whole floor (45 persons app) it's insane. They where wet because the shower is on the same level as the wc, that difficult dry your body and dress. Also, the place didn't look like the photos on the app, the beds didn't have curtains so you couldn't have privacy, sheets were old and the personnel were rude, and they don't have a common areas or kitchen to prepare your food or rest if you want, just the bar on the first floor

Good location within walking distance or short train/bus ride to most major places. Staying here during the summer the rooms were extremely hot, tried to place the fan by the window to bring in the cool air, but 12 person dorm was not comfortable. The pub downstairs was really nice, with drink deals for people staying in the hostel, but no kitchen, fridge, etc., or a comfortable place to relax.

The beds are smashed into the rooms 3 high. Minimal lighting so if you come in late, you either struggle in the dark or turn all the lights on. The bathrooms are filthy. Whoever thought to do a single floor for the shower, sink, toilet and changing area should be fired. There’re no shelves in the bathroom so you need to put toiletries, or clothes on the toilet or trash can and God only knows how often those get cleaned. Then you take a shower and it swamps the entire floor so there’s no dry place to get dressed. It’s a really stupid setup. Add a couple shelves and a raised mat and I’d change my review to 4 stars, possibly 5. I know it seems like a little thing to drop the rating so far but I can’t stress enough how annoying it is to be balancing on your shower shoes trying to get dressed and not dip a sock or pant leg in the water. And God forbid you drop something…. And the only 3 places to put anything down are the toilet, the trash can or the wet ground. Gross. The filthy bathrooms are mentioned over and over in the reviews for several years and yet Publove has done nothing about it. It’s pretty disappointing.I would not recommend this hostel to anyone and frankly, don’t understand how anyone gave this place a 5 star rating.I will say the staff was fantastic. We never ran into anyone that wasn’t helpful.
