The location is good, directly out of Paddington. Aside from that it is very much a budget hotel...£135 for an extremely cramped room. …

Better than I expected for such a cheap room. I paid just under £45 for a double room which was reasonable size for a cheap hotel. Looked like it had recently had some refurbishment and was quite modern in appearance including a sparkling bathroom with an excellent shower. The bed did not have the most expensive and comfortable mattress in the world, but I've certainly had worse in more expensive hotels! Plus our room had French doors opening onto a tiny balcony (well, just a railing outside the doors really) that let in some fresh air and looked out over a bustling Praed Street. All in all, excellent value and would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are minuscule. I could barely fit my suitcase in the room. The walls were filthy, the bathroom mirror was cracked and it was incredibly hot. My partner and I booked for the reasonable price, however I would have to say that anyone planning on coming to London should definitely budget for a much more expensive room, it will make your time in the city so much more enjoyable. (Will let you know if my bags end up “missing” after room cleaning)

We came to stay and the beds were covered in bed bugs!! I came home covered in bites absolutely disgusting !! Now they aren’t admitting liability even after saying we would get refunded. Also safety latch wasn’t on the window which meant we could open fully and go out to the balcony on the window that was very high up, big safety issue !!

Booked this hotel with my friend so we could go and see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The room was okay - seemed clean enough, especially the bathroom which was spotless but room was very small. …

It's oke.For the price it's a fine hotel. Location of the hotel is between station Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, a bit mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathrooms differ in size. Roadside rooms have small bathrooms, rooms in the back of the hotel have larger bathrooms. One room in the back of the hotel was very warm in comparison to the roadside rooms. This room was not well ventilated. The exhaust of the restaurant was ride under the window, which made the room smelly. The lobby is very minimalistic.Breakfast is fine.

Stayed at this hotel in April 2019. Would never stay again. Carpets in the hotel are stained. Upon entering the room I noticed hair in the toilet. The area around the window was filthy. …

Dated hotel with reception and rooms requiring upgrade. Paper thin walls mean sleepless night plus noisy outside as well due to building works, although quiet at night. Tiny bathroom and shower but water pressure was good and sufficient hot water. Good quality towels and ok bed. Room too small for chair which made small desk meaningless.

Obviously not a five star hotel but the best cheap hotel I've been in so 5* rating. I rocked up at 2am and they had a room available. Rates are cheap. Bathroom was actually very nice. All clean, comfortable and basic.
