I will simplify it for anyone whose trying to book this hotel :- i was charged over £3,700 to book 7 nights at this hotel, and an additional £70 for laundry service.- Despite the high cost, the hotel is not providing daily room cleaning as expected.- The hotel also did not allow you access to a room even though you had already paid £70 for that service.- The hotel has been blocking my entry cards and claiming there's a mistake, forcing you to wait for it to be resolved.- Given the exorbitant amount you're paying, you feel you could stay at a much more luxurious hotel in London for the lower cost with much better experience.I have evidence of what happen

While the hotel is centrally located, it definitely lacks in customer service. For starters the TV didn’t work. I informed the front desk my TV didn’t work. Went to dinner came back 2 hours later yup still doesn’t work. Called the front desk from my room, oh sorry will send someone up. Yup didn’t show! Rooms are small not much storage & no place to really hang or put clothes in a drawer. Also not particularly quiet with lots of noise in the hallway. Wouldn’t recommend.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed for three nights recently and had planned to come back for a few nights at the end of the trip but we have definitely cancelled that! We had upgraded to two of the supposedly better rooms.Firstly the housekeeping. Duvets and towels had stains. We asked for the duvet cover to be changed by the housekeeper, didn’t happen. We aked reception, didn’t happen. We asked the main house keeper. Didn’t happen. Absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was poor. Burnt eggs, pancakes from a machine that tasted like rubber, unclean tables. Then as we left and checked out, the concierge were so busy they couldn’t pass our bags from the back for their minutes. And by busy, I mean not actually working.Hated it. Would never go back and would wholeheartedly say, pick somewhere else. The location is fab but there are better hotels.

This hotel was such a disappointment. For starters, they don't have a microwave available "for health and safety reasons." I can't remember the last time I went to a hotel of this caliber and they didn't have a microwave available to their patrons. The rooms were sized as you would expect a downtown room in London to be sized but the beds were a great size. As far as the layout of the room I got goes, it was very welcoming and simple to maneuver. The location got a poor score because of the lack of late night options in the vicinity. When I inquired about somewhere to get a snack on my last night there I was directed to a small store across the street where the owners were trite and seemingly annoyed with everyone's presence. Daytime options are good for restaurants, shopping and anything else you'd usually do in the average day.The service was subpar as the responses at the front desk were dry and empty if you weren't checking in. Concierge was great with their attitudes and their suggestions. Using room service was definitely a flop as they said they'd send someone up in 5 minutes and 30 mins later I was still waiting.I will probably not be coming back to this hotel but if you're looking for a good location and a decent bed I'd recommend it. If you want wifi, late night eats and a microwave I'd say it's a nogo.

I stay here a lot and most rooms air conditioning doesn’t work, and the rooms are hot even on cold days. You have to leave your window open and listen to the busy traffic for any cool air. The sinks in most rooms I’ve stayed in are also clogged. Front desk staff are nice! Rooms are clean, very basic. Biggest thing for me is they need to fix their ac units in every room.

I had a good room. It was cool in London so ac wasnt needed. Staff were friendly and you could see they were trying to make an effort. My colleague’s room was less salubrious. Roll the dice ! ;)
