We had the BEST time staying at the Stafford last week! The hotel is so cozy and inviting plus it has a quiet and secluded courtyard while being in the very center of busy London. …

We had one night at this beautiful hotel so we could be local for a night at the theatre. ||The weather was lovely, so lunch was outside in the courtyard. Great selection of wine. ||Lovely touches in the room. …

Well appointed hotel amenities and rooms, and extremely helpful and accommodating concierge. However, the bar and dining staff are strict with their own rules and opinions on service and quality, something not to be expected at this level. I highly recommend making all arrangements through the concierge ahead of time if possible, including in hotel dining and bar. Otherwise The Stafford is a comfortable respite from a busy day.

The Stafford has maintained its high standards as in our past stays and is how we measure other hotels on our travels. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive.  …

I have nothing but great things to say about The Stafford. This was my second time staying here and it was wonderful service on both occasions. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. The bathroom was large with heated floors. The suite was specious and had a lot of character. The staff were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed (and more). I would highly recommend staying at this establishment! Especially if you would like to be close to the Parks and Buckingham Palace. There is also nearby public transportation at Green Park, which was very convenient.Of note, other things we enjoyed here:-Daily breakfast-American Bar-The room service was great, many selections were available to usWe cannot thank you enough for your hospitality!

My wife and I stayed at The Stafford London (room 322) as part of our 40th anniversary European tour from the U.S. The hotel came highly recommended by our travel agent and it exceeded our expectations in every possible way.  …

The Stafford was truly a 5 star Hotel.. It was beautiful beginning with the Lobby, dining area, and rooms.. all the way to the bathrooms with $5000 Toto Japanese toilets. The service at the front desk and the dining room was perfect, friendly and did whatever you asked of them . I would absolutely come back to this hotel.

We were recommended to stay at this hotel by an English friend and we couldn’t have been happier! The location was walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go and the service was exemplary. They bent over backwards for us and made us feel so welcome every time we came back from our day out. A truly English experience. I would go back in a heartbeat!!

I could find no fault with this hotel from the reception staff , housekeeping staff, bar and restaurant staff. |We have stayed several times over the past ten years, and it now feels like going home. |Total luxury , without the glitz . So tastefully decorated.
