Horrible! We got a room that looked nothing like the pictures, super dirty, filthy, unhygienic, the cabinets are broken, the bathroom looks horrific. The smell is very bad. The water from the sink, toilet etc stinks. And the water pressure is so bad we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We slept on something I wouldn’t even call a bed. The headboard was gone and it was just the bare wall, wich had scratches and dirt on it as well. The mattress was so uncomfortable, the springs in it where so old that they made a sound everything you moved. By the way, the walls are so thin, you could hear everything. The bedding and especially the pillows seemed so old and filthy as well. The kitchen aisle was disgusting as well. Just old and dirty. The floors were not clean as well. The cleaners just use a load of smelly chemicals that don’t work. The entrance is tricky as well. If your tall you simply might not get in.We lived in apartment 79 and in the backyard is a rooster that wakes you up at around 7ish am. Horrible. We asked to change the rooms and where shown a couple different options, that looked nothing like the pictures as well and the front desk had to go talk to his manager and left us sitting, in total about an hour. The owner, a woman, then came out and suggested us to either leave completely, choose on of the other apartments or pay extra for a luxe suit. No compensation! And no compensation for the extra payment, the full price. She was not very understanding and after giving my feedback, she talked to the front desk and left without saying goodbye. Very unprofessional! We then choose a new accommodation and had to get a new card twice!! Because it was not working. All in all, I suggest to never book there, like st all.

I recently stayed at Imperial Court Studios for one night, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The place was incredibly filthy, and to make matters worse, it had bedbugs! It was a nightmare, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.Upon checking in, I was shocked at the state of the room. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and the whole place had an unpleasant odor. As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered bedbugs which made the stay unbearable.Adding insult to injury, they required a £200 deposit, which they claimed would be returned within an hour of checkout. However, when I asked for it back, they informed me that it would take 7 working days! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant disregard for their guests' trust and money. To top it all off, the flat was on the 4th floor with no lift. We had very heavy luggage, and it was an immense struggle to haul everything up the stairs. For a place listed on booking platforms, you would expect at least a basic level of accessibility and cleanliness.I am baffled as to how a listing like this is even allowed to be on booking sites. Imperial Court Studios is not a good place to stay. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs.

Really small rooms and facilities. Barely have space to move around. But location is amazing. Perfectly located near two underground stations, park, restaurants, supermarkets etc

Was not informed that the reception is at another address. Seems like a common problem. …

The whole apartment is damaged and just poorly patched up.Some lamps are broken, the oven door is splintered, the kitchen shelf is broken, the windows are leaking and dirty. The bed is broken and dirty, with hair and brown stains. The fuse box hums extremely loudly. The shower is moldy. When asked for a towel to dry dishes, they said they don't have any.I had to pay a deposit of 200 pounds for any damage, ridiculous! Before we moved in, the apartment was only cleaned very poorly and it is only cleaned on request. It stinks because it's damp because of the leaking windows.Comfortable holidays look different!
