Nicely decorated hotel in period building on a nice square, near tube stops and Kensington Gardens. Looks recently refurbished, room was super clean and a comfortable double bed, wardrobe & dresser. Daily room service was appreciated. Luggage storage offered for our last day in London. It was lovely, will return again.

Great Hotel for the price you pay. Clean, friendly staff and great location to wherever you want to go in London. Cosy area with lots of good coffee places. Me and two friends stayed there for a weekend trip. We arrived late but had a good experience from start to finish.

Small hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Many restaurants in the area. The room is cozy, quiet, well furnished and very clean. 2 minutes from the underground station. Good price value relationship, friendly helpful staff at the front desk.

Didn't really live up to expectations:- Rooms weren't very clean- Bathroom was basically a shower and toilet stuffed into a cupboard which meant you couldn't even close the door whilst using the toilet.- No air conditioning- extremely creaky floorboards in the whole hotel meant anytime any other guests moved around you heard it in your room (didn't help me too sleep)- mattress was very well worn and quite poor qualityI expected more for the price. I would expect this hotel too have costed around £50 a night

Super location, well-connected with the Tube, and with several type of shops, yet, the area is very quiet, with a view of the gardens from the window. Clean linen and towels. Will definitely return and choose the same accommodation when back in London!

It was a bit confusing, since the reception room wasnt in the front of hotel signage, but merged with other hotel, then we have to move to different gate in the same building.I dont know why the hotel name is different, although have same managementWe stayed 1 night, for 3 ppl , 1double bed and 1single bed.Bed Room super clean, comfort and spacious. But bathroom quite narrow. The neighborhood is nice, close to Kensington Garden and few step to bus station

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked fine. That takes care of the positive points. There is no lift - of course they put me on the top floor - and the walls/doors are very, very thin. …

A nice hotel with basic but very clean rooms. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Very close to both Bayswater and Queensway tubes so it is a great base for getting around central London, while still being in a pretty quiet area. …

I was plenty surprised by this hotel.Positives.Location minutes walk away from two tube stations but there is also a huge choice of cafes. Pubs restaurants right outside anyway.Absolutely spotless clean everywhere probably cleanest hotel I have ever stayed inFriendly staff can't do enough for you.Powerful hot showerComfy beds.NegativesRooms a bit small was only there for a few days so was fine but might be a cramped if u stayed for a week.Breakfast was advertised as full English but we were actually served continental. It tasted fine but was not we were told.If ut wasn't for the breakfast I would have given service 5.
