I chose this hotel based on Google reviews and I’m glad I did. Walkable location, about 5 blocks from Paddington Station with one suitcase, friendly and professional front desk staff, outstanding location only blocks from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. I’m a night owl and I walked back to the hotel around midnight both nights from the main road and never felt unsafe. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was on the fourth floor, which requires you to get off the lift on the third floor and then take a flight of stairs to the fourth floor which was not a problem for me. I’m sure they would help someone with luggage if needed. My room had a queen size bed, which required me to walk sideways between the foot of the bed and the TV mounted on the wall, which was awkward but certainly doable for the price I paid. When I return to London next year I will give this hotel my primary consideration. 👍👍

Lovely hotel, staff exceptional. We arrived early and our bags were looked after and placed in the room when we could check. Room well set out with small kitchenette, table beds for the kids. V clean. Location perfect. Close to Paddington Station for tourist attractions.

We got a room upgrade free of charge and generally had a really nice stay here! Everything was clean and even though you are very close to many London attractions (e.g. Hyde Park) it was very quiet at night. Would come here again!

The location is just 5 min walk from Paddington station. The room was cozy and had 2 stove tops so I could make some food. This hotel used to be an apartment and there's some stairs and an elevator. My room was having a bit of trouble with wifi but the staff called the tech support to fix the issue. Lucky I had plenty of data. The staff is very helpful. Alex was very cheerful and fun to talk to. This is my second time here. I would come again. It was in a very nice and safe area with plenty of corner stores, places to eat and drug stores and tesco express within 8 min walk.

Great location close to Hyde Park and just 10 min walking from the Subway which will take you to the center of London in 12 min. The rooms were more than adequate, staff was friendly and available 24/7. I expected the rooms to be a little bit larger and parking wasn't easy as most spots were reserved for residents.
