Great location (felt safe to walk around even at night), nice and helpful staff available 24/7. The rooms were nice and clean (cleaned every day with towels and bed sheets changed). The rooms are a bit smaller, but that was no problem for us (depends on people’s needs). Coffee and tea in the room, also a hairdryer. Quiet environment.

Exellent cleaning and comfy beds, the bathroom was clean, and the room had nice high ceilings. The personnel was very welcoming and nice. We did have a problem with the TV, which was not resolved. No channels were available, only youtube. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Our stay at the Reem hotel was for four nights last week on a family trip. It was our first visit at this hotel, but we will be back. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, answering our questions about metro and more!  …

I recently stayed at the Reem Hotel in London near Hyde Park for the first time last month, and I was impressed. I chose the hotel while planning my trip after seeing it on Google, and it did not disappoint. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything looks new and modern. My room was equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the room service was excellent, as they tidied up every day. We were also allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The only downside was the room size, especially the bathroom, which was a bit small and tricky to move in and out of. However, considering how expensive London can be, this was understandable. Overall, the stay was comfortable, good value for money, and the location was perfect—close to local transport, making it easy to get around the city. A nice place to stay if you're visiting London!

Adorable hotel, the location is perfect, lovely neighborhood and just a few blocks from the Kensington Park. The rooms are comfortable and clean, we had a beautiful view to a park on the back of the hotel. The best part of our stay was the staff, all very friendly and not only willing but eager to help with any need. Amif, on the front desk, brightened our mornings with his charming smile and sweet manners. We´ll be coming back every time we visit London. 100000/10.

Booked a Triple Room for 4 nights. The room size is a bit smaller than it should be for a triple room. The beds were comfortable and bedside tables had plenty of power sockets to charge electronics. The Bathroom was nice but it had very small space to move in and out.Overall Room quality was nice. Smart TV and Air Conditioning were the two best things about the room. The location of the hotel was great, a 5-minute walk to Bayswater Underground Station and was near a few bus stops as well. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast and dinner. Easy to commute if you are coming to explore London.Great value for money. Would surely recommend Reem Hotel and would stay again if visiting London.

Stayed 2 nights in a twin room. Room size and bathroom quite small. However for what we paid direct with the hotel £178 (2 nights) was excellent value. Room was immaculate. I think newly refurbished. Had all the facilities we needed. Inc air con large tv and toiletries. We arrived at 1:30pm and had early checkin no questions asked. Also just a 5 min walk to Bayswater tube station. Will definitely be using this lovely hotel next time visiting London.
