I shared a room with my daughter. The hotel was very basic, and we had a room with 2 beds. It was very clean, very quiet, and the staff were very polite and friendly. It was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay. If you're happy with a medium budget, no frills, very clean hotel with friendly staff, and just off the main areas of London, then this hotel is a good choice.

Horrendous hotel. Rude and ignorant staff. Arrived at the hotel and the main doors were actually locked, after 5 mins of banging a man runs out of a corridor to unlock.Carpets are used from a 1970’s primary school. Windows broken and covered in mould. Mirror hanging off the wall. No TV control. Stench of damp and mould. Bathroom is horrendously small, the shower is completely unseeable for anyone that isn’t quite thin. Stains and damp cover the walls. Very little plug sockets.I wasn’t expecting My much as this was just a room after going out for the nightOverall horrendous experienceWould recommend to anybodyIsn’t even worth the £77 we paid for the nightNew addition: shower is either steaming hot or freezing cold. The cold tap is hot and the hot tap is cold.

Tiny room with mould and tired features, lacking facilities. Very over-priced. The bathroom was tiny and the bed took up the entire room. We had a single cupboard with 2 hangers. Nearby hotels and rooms are much better. …

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! It’s filthy. We arrived to no towels or mirror in the room. We were told the towels would be 40 mins with no apology. Our room was full of the previous persons hair all over. …

Massive crack in the ceiling water was leaking through from the rain. Really dangerous they even let anyone stay in the room in the first place! We got moved to a different room where there was a massive brown stain on the floor… |Other than those issues it was a cheap hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Wouldn’t recommend

What a disgrace this hotel was. Stained walls, mould in the corners. Shower that nearly burnt me.|Do not stay in this cesspit! |Booked through Booking.com but they are not willing to redress this! |The room was very small. |The toilet/sink/shower had the floor space of a standard bath! |The only good this was the location!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! If Aids was an hotel. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I personally think sleeping in a bin lorry would of been a better experience. …

I normally don’t even write reviews, but this is genuinely one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed in.Our check-in process started with some shady and suspicious charging of cards, even though they asked for a card when we booked online. I had to contact my bank and had them place a block in order to make sure they didn’t double charge us.Then, we got to the room. First of all, it is big enough to fit the bed, and that’s pretty much it. I can hardly even open my luggage in here, that’s how small it is. I understand that a hotel’s actual rooms are never going to be as nice as the photos, but this was shocking. Honestly it should be flagged as false advertising, as these rooms are NOTHING like what they show in their photos.Plus, the room was FILTHY. There were other people’s belongings strewn about, hair and dirt in the shower, footprints and dirt smudges all over the walls, and FLIES flying around. Do they offer to clean it? Yes, for an up-charge of TEN POUNDS per cleaning! Is housekeeping not standard at hotels? And even if not, wouldn’t you at least clean the room before the guest checked-in? I guess not.To top it all off, when I went back down to the lobby, I overheard a man asking the front desk to replace the batteries in his TV remote. The man at the front desk was refusing to do this, not offering any sort of solution or discount, and threatening to cancel the man’s reservation. Over batteries!I cannot recommend anyone stay here. For the price, it is actually abhorrent what they are offering, which is tiny dirty rooms and terrible service. Please don’t make our mistake, book elsewhere.
