There are so many hotels to choose from in London - we decided on Rosewood because we had enjoyed a few of their beach properties and wanted to try one of their city properties. We were very impressed. …

The Rosewood London is a hotel of incomparable sophistication and design. The service is second to none. The staff thinks of all your needs from the minute you are greeted at the door in one of London’s most picturesque courtyards! …

This was our best accommodation/hotel experience. The staff and service was top tier, we never felt like we were away from home. The small touches at the Rosewood London is what made it such an unforgettable experience. I would 150% stay here again when I return for a visit in London. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Would give it more stars if it was possible.

Fantastic hotel in every respect from the incredible selection at breakfast to the dining at the Holborn to the absolutely superb Scarfes bar. Also some of the most courteous and polite staff I have ever encountered . Can't rate this hotel highly enough. This is how a five star hotel should be

From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left 4 days later the service was excellent by all staff members reception, concierge, security, all restaurants and bar staff were exceptional. Their attention to the smallest detail was wonderful to see and experience. They spoilt my wife rotten for her birthday. Restaurant and bar onsite were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. Great location too. Be back there soon.

The place oozes style. Only there for 1 night in their most basic room before a cruise but enjoyed drinks and bar snacks in Scarfes Bar then breakfast in the Mirror Room next morning . Toast was delivered in a toast rack! …

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The property itself is luxurious- filled with art and very spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolate bowls lying around. Our room was clean, filled with amenities and the bath was a highlight. Our breakfast experience wasn't very consistent. We were often told the mirror room was at full capacity and had to queue or wait. The dining hall breakfast was always available however offers a more limited menu. During peak times our food took a long time and were often cold. The inclusive breakfast package was never explained to us so we were confused what was included ( we were told by reception breakfast was ala carte, however the menu stated we could only order packages). While we were staying at the hotel, they were doing construction at the front of the hotel which meant cars could not drop off or pick up in the hotel. As we had a private driver this made it very difficult for him, even when we informed staff to look out for him and inform us of his arrival they just told him to move on. It also made leaving the property abit less luxurious, having to walk past loud construction and cars. Overall service we received was nothing to write home about. We didn't get help with our luggage, on arrival there is no tour of facilities, staff just pointed us to the lifts. We didn't have much engagement with staff our entire trip, limited greetings or even smiles from staff in the lobby. My interactions with cleaning staff were quite pleasant however I did have an instance of staff entering my room as I napped. The 5% service charge is steep considering how much they already charge per night.
