If it were possible to give zero stars I would!||||We visited this week and booked the family room, and this is what we found:||- on arrival we were disappointed to find a whiteboard had been fixed to the wall where there was supposed to be …

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The room smelt of faeces and bad drains, the bedside draws couldn’t be used as there were multiple disgusting stains, the beds were all covered in thick black hair (which none of us have!) and the hotel did not care, or try to resolve the situation. I’m 4 months pregnant and had my 4 year old son with me, and this room was a health hazard. We didn’t stay, we checked out on the same day and are now being ignored and refused a refund. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is absolutely disgusting, the worst I have ever seen. It was so bad that we checked out just a few hours after arriving, and chose the 4 hour drive home over the torture of staying at this hotel. …

We left as soon as we seen the room and booked another hotel. Hotel are being difficult with getting refund, avoid this Hotel at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would, it's one of them self service check in types so it has electric codes on the doors.I got given the code to the enterence, and to my room. I got inside the building perfectly fine and was given a room right at the top floor number 8, couldn't even get in the room as they'd given me the wrong code, tried it at least 10 times..It was getting really late and I had my 3 year old with me who was getting tired, I was tired, and so was my partner, his phone had died and that was the only means to being able to call anyone.. luckily he managed to change it enough to call them but there was no answer, eventually I cancelled it and booked a new hotel which by the way was amazing compared!I got a phone call from the new apollo owners being rude to me down the phone. Unfortunately I couldn't leave a review on booking.com as I had cancelled it so it wasn't classed as a stay. The place we went to *Hotel Blackpool* was amazing, quiet, newly refurbished, and more comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely awful. The rooms are disgusting. There was fake tan on the towels, blood on the bedding and hairs in the shower and dirt everywhere. When we tried to contact the owner to make him aware of this situation, he was nothing but rude.
