We, 3 friend's stayed at the Redcliffe Hotel from 13th September for 5 nights. The food was delicious, we had a afternoon tea, it was excellent, so much yummy food. What a wonderful experience! Yes it's a bit dated, the rooms weren't the most comfortable, but the staff more than made up for this, they were excellent, and a credit to this hotel, from management to waiting staff, receptionist to bar staff...every single one, without exception were polite, friendly and extremely helpful...especially with my friends mobility scooter etc.One member of bar staff in particular, Craig went above and beyond helping us out, chatting and giving us some local information, just incredibly friendly to us. Made our stay at The Redcliffe so very enjoyable!Keep up the good work!!!

Hotel is traditionally dated to serve the clientele. Mainly very old people 60s plus use the hotel. It does need updating with plug sockets and usb ports and other little bits but it is a nice hotel with sea front view. The Spa is good with swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room.
