Hi, I'd just like to say what an amazing experience we had this place. We booked a sea view apartment. It was spacious with the most breathtaking view. The outdoor swimming pool and tennis court were a bonus. …

Planning a recent trip south I was looking for a room for a relaxing 1 night stay, WOW! This hotel was just what I needed. The staff were so helpful on arrival (as I'd accidentally booked a year in advance!) but all sorted a room was available, after a short walk from the hotel round the seaside walk I had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. A very comfortable sleep in the room and a fabulous breakfast looking out to sea. Id highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing stay. The sauna was not on during opening hours, which was disappointing. We were above the kitchen area, the staff started blaring rave music at 07:00 resulting in us waking up earlier than we would have liked. We went for breakfast which was overly priced and unsatisfactory. Finally, before we checked out we decided to take our luggage to the car and I put the do not disturb sign on the door. We went for our last swim, we returned back to the room to have a shower before our departure and the cleaning staff where already in the room cleaning, so we could not shower. We then decided to call it a morning and checked out.The redeeming factors where that the staff are friendly. Rooms are are clean and fresh. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. The pools are good. And the location is fantastic.

I wanted a room with a sea view but all the bedrooms have a step from the bathroom to the bedroom that on a previous stay many years ago, so I decided to have a junior suite. …

Dropped into the Osborne for a dinner after going to the theatre cabaret at the Little Theatre. What to delightful entrance and warm greeting we got from Rachael, who looked after us all evening.Have to recommend the Osborne's very own "Acejace" cocktail, invented by their very skilled cocktail waiter Jason. A wonderful blend of complimentary spirits. Truly inspired.Served in a goldfish bowl, of a glass it took all our will power to only have two.Inventive and tasty meal in the restaurant as well.

Location is perfect. Almost on the beach. Less than a mile from town with a bus stop at the door. The quality is exceptional. Very well equipped. High end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Beautifully maintained. Shower room exquisite with excellent air handling and not a hint of damp. Well kept grounds with a nice pool. Perfect.
