Always a great stay here. Clean, nice rooms and amazing location. I’m a bit miffed they don’t do the late checkout anymore, but that’s not the staffs fault. I love coming here.

i travel for work a lot and this is my preferred choice in Plymouth, having stayed here at least 20 times. Easy car parking that you pay for at the hotel, great breakfast that starts at 6.30 am.if you do have a problem the staff are great at fixing it quickly.only word of warning is if you forget any toiletries try not to buy them from the hotel as they are rather dear

Lovely hotel with a really nice atmosphere. Rooms were well presented, clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good with a standard selection of pastries, cooked breakfast and cereals. I will use Leonard's again.

This is a lovely hotel and the buffet breakfast is really good. Restaurant food is lovely as well but what lets it down is the terrible service. …

The hotel is super clean. The bed is so comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Car park is underneath, but does not belong to hotel & costs £10 for 24 hrs. Hotel is within walking distance of a lovely harbour & shopping mall. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Good location, welcoming pleasant staff, good breakfast selection and seating. Rooms a bit tatty, bathroom not the cleanest, some things broken. Traffic noisy outside but bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep

Would not recommend staying here. It is extremely run down.During dinner the two young guys on the bar started yelling fire alarm and trying to clear us out. Only for it to be a noise from the elevator. They just laughed it off. How do your staff not know what a fire alarm sounds like? That is really concerning if there were actually an incident. My card got stuck in my door twice and then stopped working all together so I had to get another one cut.The food was subpar. The elevators are especially bad. Overall not worth the price.
