The room was spotlessly clean, bed really comfortable. We chose a king size room which was spacious, light and airy even though it was basement level. The breakfast was good, nice choices. …

Our stay at the imperial in plymouth. Bathroom excellent and spotless but bedroom was tired and carpets needed a good wash. We were in the outside flats, our one was Landsend. STAFF were brilliant. Breakfast lovely and as much as you needed.

We were out the back - had to walk outside to a kind of annex. Room was shabby and needs refurbishment. Wallpaper peeling away and only two plugs for power. Shower came on randomly in the night and left a damp smell. Breakfast was ok but all in all not a good experience
