May be a great fishery but a very noisy campsite. We spent 3 nights on pitch 8 the busiest corner of site right next to a road junction at the back of caravan vehicles up and down from dawn to about 10pm.Why we were put in this spot right next to a road junction I cannot understand as there were plenty of pitches away from the road not taken!Apart from the noise everything else was clean and tidy and staff very helpful. Thegrass was cut day before we arrived this meant caravan and awning were covered in grass left it too long before cutting .If you want a quiet pitch suggest you go somewhere else!If you like fishing it's an ideal place it's probably utopia.

Great site with lovely surroundings and lake views. We camped in our folding camper for 2 nights 9-11 August.Amenities are clean and showers are great! Didn’t get to use the cafe but it was busy when we were there so it must be good.Lots of regular campers there were very friendly and super helpful. We will be back for sure!

Lovely campsite in rural Warwickshire. Pitches are very well kept, showers are hot and toilets are clean, all very well laid out. Lovely on-site café for breakfast. Local Chinese restaurant delivers to the camp site, and The Folly is a lovely pub with great food less than a mile away.

Not a hotel . A fishery with a cafe and camping facilities. And I doubt very much you will find a better or well run business. Whether using the superb cafe by such dedicated ladies, such a well kept and organised fishery with 2 specimen lakes and also a pleasure fishing lake with such neat and well kept surroundings by its owner, Josh.
