Recently spent 4 nights in this hotel. Sits in a beautiful setting and is very quirky. However our bed was very uncomfortable, needed new mattresses as I kept rolling to the edge. Room was very hot and radiators were off. Boiler room may have been below. Couldn’t open the window as it was downstairs near the walkway. Extremely noisy floorboards above which woke you up when guests were walking about. If it wasn’t for the bad sleep and restless nights it would have been perfect. Lights need to be added outside. Entrance can be missed in the night and it’s dangerous to walk in the grounds. Needs urgently addressing before someone has a fall. Staff very friendly, other services great.

We had our wedding here on 10th October and to say we are thrilled with our experience is an understatement. From the beginning of our wedding journey we were met with professionalism, smiles and friendly faces. …

I've struggled between average and very good.|Firstly the staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful, but genuine too, not 'just doing their job.'|The hotel itself is a beautiful building in small but lovely grounds. …

Right let me dispel some of the recent reviews I've just read.I have been several time to this establishment and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a pristine, modern hotel like a Holiday Inn or some other bland featureless hotel, don't go here. This place dates back to 1470 or something like that. It creeks everywhere but its gorgeous. The rooms are typical of a building of this age however, they are well kept and very comfortable. The staff, well to say they are not trained is ridiculous. They are all really lovely, polite, helpful and courteous, they cant do enough for you. Yes, it is correct, you cant take food up to the room from outside the hotel, not many hotels I've stayed in would let you. That doesn't mean, if the single bottle of compliment water isn't enough, you cant buy one of your own and take it to the room. I promise you, the manager wont shoot you. Maybe, you could asked for two, they are they willing to bend to your every whim, well almost.Location is ideal for exploring but you will need a car.#ExperienceKarma

We got married here on Saturday and we had the most wonderful day. I stayed with my Mom the night before and the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the food was lovely. The wedding day itself was a dream, all the staff were amazing, kind and friendly, and the wedding food was one of the best meals I have ever had. I couldn't fault our day from start to finish, thank you for making it a day we will always remember. The O'Mahoneys!

Wonderful venue for a quiet vacation. Karma Salford Hall is near the Evesham station (not too far off from Birmingham). The nearest great spot for tourist attraction is the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford upon Avon. …
