Stopped for lunch here whilst on a short cycling holiday. Pouring with rain and we were soaking wet but were met with a very warm welcome. The service was excellent and friendly - the food menu was a lovely selection and we enjoyed what we had thoroughly. A proper old English pub in a gorgeous setting.

Beautiful country pub in idyllic location. Sun shining and we sat outside in the garden overlooking the Green. Good selection on the menu and we opted to have the sharing platter -homemade sausage rolls(amazing), home baked ham (also delicious), cheddar and brie, pickled onions, gherkins and pickles with sourdough bread and oils with salad. Presented lovely and was extremely delicious. Cost £32 well worth it. Would love to try the rest of the menu if we were here longer.Inside of the pub and bar also lovely. Definitely recommend. Staff were friendly.

Stayed here in our motorhome as part of the Brit Stops scheme. Called ahead to reserve our space. A lovely setting. A very nice meal in their light, airy but warm conservatory overlooking the village green. Staff friendly and efficient and the food was lovely. Said there was no rush to leave in the morning, in fact the lady chased after us to let us know our back boot was open!! Great service, definitely recommend 👌

Pub set in beautiful countryside. Two of us stopped for lunch and drinks. Both chose the tagliatelle which was delicious. Staff and other customers were very welcoming| Will certainly go again . I note that there is accommodation which is very tempting

We stopped here for a light lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were lovely but the food was terrible. The charcuterie board was two slices of stale bread with orange meat out of a cheap packet, no effort had even been made to present it nicely. The children had pasta with meatballs that consisted of about 5 strands of pasta and a mountain of melted mozarella. It’s also heavily overpriced, a tiny sausage roll was £9, was expecting something sensational for that price! Very disappointing.

Thought we were getting a camping hut in a grassy area. Its a car park with some rotting wooden tables, a mud wallow building site and industrial recycling bins. The huts are extra small. No table kind of small. Not even a fold out one. Wifi is abysmal and they don't have sweeteners for anyone who doesn't take sugar so bring your own . Wish I had.For the price it's not worth it. No breakfast available at the pub so you will have to cater for yourself in the mornings and if that means cooking be prepared to set off fire alarms even with the window and door open the pods are that small and cramped. No taxis in the area. Many private hire businesses don't work weekends so if you are planning on needing public transport BOOK IN ADVANCE and don't trust the sites info packs or you'll be stranded like us.Generally, if you want a real glamping experience, look for somewhere picturesque, not a cat park. It wasn't what we wanted. If you just want somewhere to crash near your planned activities, look for an actual hotel. If you desperately want to sleep in a pod, then this will do but try and pay less than we did.

We have just been for a lovely weekend camping in whichford . We popped to the local pub The Norman Knights and what a find !! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, the food was fantastic. We ended up going back for dinner the two nights of our stay ! Such a beautiful setting and we will definitely be back , highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights in a cabin, clean and well laid out, had dinner and drinks in the pub restaurant, food was good and drinks reasonably priced, staff and locals were friendly. Excellent base for visiting the Cotswolds, Boughton on the water etc., car needed. Real old village pub on the green with interesting wall decor 🙂
