We booked this lodge after going through reviews on the site and I can honestly say that the reviews of this cabin are right. It is right on the river next to fields where the wildlife really does come up to your door step we had a family of swans come right up to the steps evey day we stayed, cows in the fields the came right up next to the double room's window the kids also watched the wild rabbit's jumping around. The cabin was delightful Rob and Denny have got a great place here it really is a home from home for us the little touches here and there were really nice and the paintings done by Denny were great. The lodge is just a few minutes drive into Stratford town centre or 8 to 10 minutes by bus, there is a local spar store in tiddington to get groceries from just a 20 min walk away also a pub and resturants are right by. All in all if you are looking for a quiet country getaway but within easy travelling distance for site seeing this is the place to be , it is a great lodge Rob and Denny you have a fantastic place here and if I'm going back down to stratford I would love to book back in here again.
