Stayed at this beautiful location for two nights, so relaxing. Steve the farm manager was such a lovely bloke and helpful as we had a gorgeous peaceful walk around this huge farm. The location is very central to other picturesque villages and The Bell Inn serves gorgeous food with very efficient service.Breakfast was beautiful, couldn’t fault our stay.Marian and Steve are really friendly hosts and they were very accommodating throughout our stay.We will definitely be staying again in the future. Was a great find 👍🏻

Stunning countryside views and fresh air made our stay at this cozy caravan truly special. The welcoming farmer added a personal touch by sharing fascinating stories about the farm and introducing us to the animals. …

Myself, my 16 year old twin sons George, Harry and our dog 'Elvis', had a wonderful week in the static caravan that is located in the farmyard. …

I am a returning customer to church farm and just love it! The location is beautiful, on a farm in the countryside and it’s so peaceful. Marian always looks after us brilliantly and everything is always clean and provided for us. A lovely place to stay to be in the country and also not a far drive to get into the centre of Stratford.

This is the loveliest chocolate box village. The farm is a working farm with animals, noise and smells alike, a real treat to see how things work close up. We were able to walk around and speak to the farmer who was so welcoming. …

So I was recovering from food poisoning or similar but wanted to make tracks from West Wales to Surrey. Left late by the time my organs came to an agreement.Took an easy ride.Got here about 5I don't know why. But I just like it. Rooms are simple but clean.Everything you need and a microwave. Ample parking. No food within walking distance but with a 10 minute drive I think. If you gave kids I don't know what is nearby and they would need to be closely monitoredWould definitely stay here again. And a very affordable £50.I barely saw my host; Marian but she was there to get me settled. I then fell asleep and was awake and gone by 0500.Probably going to use it next year

Very disappointing couple of days, from entering the property from the road it was a very, very different expectation from the photo opposite or the photos on the website. …

Shabby and outdated. As you drive into this farm you are greeted with a scruffy unkempt entrance. The rooms are outhouses and first thing you notice is the smell of damp. The furnishings are old and worn and of the poorest quality. …

Can't fault my overnight stay here. Accommodation was just right and had the personal touch which you lose in bigger, central accommodation or chains. …
