Rooms not what is advertised. They did move us upon our request. It was a little bigger so we accepted. Whole place is lacking attention to detail. It's dusty stairways carpet need a good clean and hoover. Bathrooms dated cracked tiles shower curtains needs changing and loads of limescale round taps etc. Carpark is a nightmare hotel charging customers £9 per night but not enough spaces. Breakfast is limited. Our room was not cleaned after our first night air conditioning in room doesn't work. Very very disappointing. I've stayed in 2* B&B's before and they have offered so much more and definitely alot cleaner.Only good thing was location. After staying and reading recent reviews I think the General Managerseriously needs to listen and act upon customers feedback.Car

Absolute first class hotel & great staff. When we arrived we asked if we could be moved to another room & this was done with no fuss. We were upgraded to a deluxe room that was wonderful. The hotel was quiet during our stay. Started cooking Breakfast from Wednesday & that was fine. We are looking forward to our next visit. All in all it6been a wonderful experience.

We arrived at the hotel to check in to be informed they had not allocated a room to us and they were now fully booked. They then said the main man has a room reserved as he was was due to repair the plumbing in the bathroom. …

The first receptionist was lovely. Checked us in earlier then expected. Nothing was to much for her. Helped with parking. The area was a nice area, close to everything you need but not in a loud place. We was well equipped with everything needed. Although we had a problem with our heating, it was boiling hot no matter what we told the 1 reception who did not help, she did not bother to check at all for us, while we was staying here. Offered a room change but did not seem happy about that option, so we didn’t want to cause more stress and have all the hassle of moving late at night. The next day when we mentioned to the other receptionist she was very apologetic and tried to help the situation. The room was not what was offered on the pictures considering we went for the king size room. The prices of drinks were very expensive as well. Breakfast not great selection!

Hotel sign behind an over grown bush so drove pass the hotel. No signs to say where the car park is. Rude receptionist on check-inWelcome letter said not servicing room then did one day and not the otherCouldn't relax in room as too hot - temperature at 7.30am was 28C. Couldn't sleep as room too hot due to no air conditioning. Did have a fan but did nothing. Had to have the windows open but at front of hotel on a noise road.Radiator on in breakfast room. Told the receptionist on the Monday morning still on Wednesday morning.Breakfast was help yourself. Food quality not good, sausages were disgusting, bacon fatty and greasy. Hash browns deep fried couldn't each them.Normally at a breakfast buffet tables would be cleared of plates as used not here all left on table. Waiting staff looked like they didn't want to be their.Beds very nice and good linen. King-size bed too big for our room. No bedside lamps couldn't have ceiling lights on as spotlights so made the room too hot.Windows were shash really hard to open.Shower screen was hard to get around to get into bath because of toilet too close. Shower/bath gel in wrong place. Toilet roll holder falling off wall. Area around sink too big kept hitting elbow on it when sitting on the toilet

Nice run of the Mill Hotel.Great for a weekend away as its 5 minutes walk from town.Parking is around the back for £9 for 24 hours.A small but modern looking bar area..The rooms vary in sizing, but they do tend to have very large televisions. The bedding is clean, and cotton.Mine was a double though so not the best for 2 people.Do check in advance your bed size.A convenient place to stay with a breakfast selection of both hot and cold..

On arrival the carpark is very tight & parking is charged at £9 which isn't mentioned upon bookingReception staff were polite but kept it very short & sweet. For what we paid we expected alot better than 2 single beds pushed together, the room was dusty and dingy, the bathroom was disgusting & dirty with hair, dust & grime. The pictures of the hotel you see when booking and get your confirmation are nothing like the actual rooms. Corridors are dusty with carpet lifting. Outside of our room the light was flickering all day/night.We didn't want to eat our prepaid breakfast as the hotel was that filthy we didn't hold any hope the kitchen would be any betterWe did however get a peaceful night's sleep.

Visited the Villare hotel in Stratford twice and it definitely ticks all the boxes for me. Friendly staff, great location, cheap parking and the rooms for the price are very nice. Recommend trying out there suite, fantastic size room and amazing bathroom. Only downside is the continental breakfast. Not a lot of choice, and when requesting certain items from the menu, they either weren’t available or we would of had to wait for a while until it was cooked/ready. Luckily breakfast was included in the price of our stay. Personally I would not purchase breakfast here. Overall great experience.

The location was excellent and staff were great. Sadly the hotel rooms feel very dated and run down and does need attention. Communal areas do also have peeling wallpaper. Our room had very dirty carpet and marks on all walls. We also had no towels in our room on arrival so had to ask reception to provide. The hot breakfast needs attention and was not enjoyed by either of us at all.
