Stayed for one night. For the price it’s perfectly acceptable. Check in was by calling the number provided and entry by code. Then got a key which opened my room and the front door. Good nights sleep. Great for short stay. I expect contractors use it during the week but was quiet at the weekend. I’d stay again.

Absolutely disgusting. So dirty we had to go and buy cleaning products. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was disgusting. I’d advise not to take children or elderly here! Some of the staff did try their best and almost apologised for the state of the place and the staff that weren’t as polite.

At the end of the day people who are slating this hotel obviously expect too much, it’s the cheapest hotel in Nuneaton for a reason.It doesn’t have the space and cleanliness you would expect in a larger hotel chain but that’s why it’s only 40 pound a night.If you want a cheap place to stay for a night or 2 and aren’t going to be in the room that much then this is definitely a good option, good location and fairly clean. It is a bit tight for space but again that’s why it’s much cheaper than those other chain hotels which are double the price
