We'd booked to stay overnight before visiting the Caravan and Campervan show at the NEC. Perfectly located and great value. Although self check in, a colleague greeted us and helped us through the process . …

Staff. They were excellent, a real credit to the company! From check in when she booked our evening meal before checking us in as the restaurant was very busy that evening- to the restaurant staff who were never still, were extremely busy …

Stayed here recently whilst attending a course at the NEC. Lovely comfortable beds, and a nice quiet hotel so we got a good night's sleep. Plus great food and friendly service, the staff were particularly accommodating to my wife's food allergies. We really liked the waterfall shower and ample hot water in the bathroom, no matter what the time of day it was. The temperature of the room is easily controlled and the WiFi speed was good too. Parking prices at the hotel are a little steep, and it would be nice not to have automated check in but that's the only negatives.

Really convenient for early flight. Room was sizeable and enough for family of 4. Obviously reasonably noisy but did the job. Most of staff were really friendly apart from one woman behind the bar who was really rude (and that was to a child!)

Did a park and stay and even though the bar/dining room was undergoing refurbishment we easily got an Uber and popped over to Resorts World.Rooms are super comfy and nice and quiet too, which is great when you have an early start.Staff were very helpful and polite.Great way to start the holiday and we will be repeating this when we go next time

We use this hotel twice a year when exhibiting at the NEC. Staff are the jewel in the crown of this hotel. Jaymes, Chelsea, Paris and many more make this hotel. …

Understaffed! Restaurant fully booked so those guests staying at the hotel had to make alternative arrangements! Premier Room not worth the extra money.  …

Stayed in a premier plus room for 2 nights to attend an exhibition at the NEC.The room was nicer than the standard rooms however, not a huge difference. A nicer looking shower I guess, but the rainfall shower advertised was a bit more like a trickle. Nice to have the mini fridge, but apart from that, the only noticeable difference was the room decor (different colours and a chair with table). The NEC was a fair walk fro, the hotel - 25 minutes, but depends on which hall you’re going to. Restaurant was not open due to refurbishment, but we were well aware of this before visiting.Car parking was expensive at £13 per 24hrs. We were aware of this from the booking emails, but is still much more than other Premier Inns we’ve visited.Biggest problem we found was the noise in the surrounding area at night. It would seem that there is a big issue with street racing very near to the hotel. The sounds of tyres screeching and engines revving and ‘popping’ went on until the early hours of the morning on both nights. Having the window closed didn’t help reduce the noise at all so we did not sleep well.

I am so impressed by this Premier Inn.1. So close to the NEC that we could leave our car there and walk to the venue2. Super comfy beds and quiet rooms3. Great breakfast4. Absolutely great staff. The reception team were friendly and SO helpful when we had left an item behind. I didn’t have to chase them, they chased me, and made it all very simple.

The worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, lots of noise, particularly from the room above and the pillows are so flat you might as well not bother. Parking is expensive, with no discount offered for hotel guests. Room was very clean and service from the staff was excellent, the only saving grace
