Pleasantly surprised. As this is a Hotel I was expecting the food and drink prices to be high.My wife and I both had food and drinks. The service was very good, the staff very polite and friendly. Food was of a high standard and very good value for money. I would highly recommend.

Stayed at the White Swan for three nights.our room was “quirky but quaint” dark natural beams and big bay window. The hotel kindly provide ear plugs as they are needed - the church clock chimes on the quarter hour and they are loud! …

Amazing place to look at. We only went for food. Food was okay. They ran out of half the menu which was a bit disappointing. Also there were only 2 very simple vegetarian options. Staff were great. Really think standard pub food would suit the place better though. Portions were really small for some plates for the price.

Hotel is very nice. Beautiful rooms with all amenities. |Cold lobby needs heat. Other public areas are comfortable. Close the restaurant windows before dinner. Weak bartender with service delays. Cocktail was watery. …

We had an excellent stay at the White Swan. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us pick up our key early and leave our bags with them to be taken to our room. The room was spacious, attractive, and quiet. The hotel is centrally located but still feels tucked away and private. With breakfast included we thought the stay was very good value. The White Swan exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone staying in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Stayed here for one night on 30th October. Overall the experience wasn't great. Our room (113) was dangerous in that you could very easily burn yourself on the very hot towel rail that sat alongside the toilet (see image). …
