We've been all over Scotland the last two weeks and this place is hands down our favorite. The people are lovely, the room is comfortable (we are a family of 4 - two adults, a teen and a tween), the pub is so much fun, the locals are the best. We wish we'd skipped Raasay/Skye and spent more time here.Only complaint is the Friday box meals... 3 of us got the spring roll meals and they were all frozen inside. They weren't like what we Americans think of as spring rolls either. Ours are typically chopped veggies.... These are mushy inside. Like mashed vegetables. I ate the ends of one of mine and left the other untouched. The bar man apologized and said he'd tell the kitchen, but I think he still charged us full price (don't know for sure because it was charged to the room and we didn't see a bill).Breakfast service is amazing and all the staff are great. Stay here.

We stayed for three days in August 2024. Don’t arrive earlier than the 4pm check in as the hotel will be locked up. Staff were excellent 5+ stars. Always willing to help and answer questions. …

We had some delicious dinners and breakfasts at the Kilchoan Hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The porridge was delicious every morning and my husband’s poached eggs were always cooked perfectly. We made reservations for dinner each night and loved the Caesar salad and mushrooms, but we fought over the steak pie! It was our favorite. Super grateful to the staff for taking such good care of us while we stayed in Kilchoan.

Was slightly wary of this hotel as it seemed to be the only place around with availability but my concerns vanished straight away. What a cracking place. …

Really enjoyed our visit here. The food was good and the team of three, and particularly the young lady in charge, gave excellent service. I'd recommend ringing before visiting, as they don't seem to open every night.

Super friendly staff offering a warm welcome and fantastic food. We stopped off on the way to Sanna bay and invited to reserve a table and pre order our food for later that day, as we were worried about timings and missing the Corran ferry home. Family friendly in a magical location. Our boys even got a high five and a hand shake from their hero Hamza! We will be back!
