This was the absolute worst hotel of our entire tour of Scotland from Canada. For the money and the name of the chain, you would expect a basic hotel that is clean and comfortable. This was the complete opposite. …

Very pleased with this hotel. Judging by previous comments I was unsure if it was going to be very good. Pleasantly surprised to see they were having an upgrade and we were given a Plus Room. …

The hotel is basic but in a great location for Fort William. Our room was great, very clean with a comfy bed. The pub/restaurant next door was closed all the time we were there so ended up with McDonald’s breakfast which is 2 mins away. …

Fantastic location if arriving by train or if you are starting the Great Glen Way. A bit of a walk to the main street, which requires going under an underpass. The rooms are clean and the staff are professional. I have often stayed at this hotel and will definitely stay again.

A pleasant hotel. Check inn was smooth. The staff friendly. One negative being we weren’t told on booking that the restaurant was closed in the evening. The room was large and had a very comfortable king size bed with excellent bedding. …

I wasn't sure what to expect from my first stay at a Premier Inn, but this spot was PERFECT for a stop over to the highlands. The rooms were clean (but very simple) with not great quality toilet paper and towels, but you get what a pay for i suppose. all the employees are super friendly, communication is top notch, and you're walkable into the cute Ft William town and a very nice grocery store is just across the street.

Hotel was ok. Staff at breakfast grumpy but the food was good. Worst thing is the parking. Despite registering our car we have received a £60 fine! So much for free parking!!! Be warned!! |Also for breakfast we found the Morrisons cafe across the road to be better.

After putting up with a room that was extremely tired and needing a complete re vamp as our carpet was damp to walk on and the room smelt musty an then paying a massive £205.00 for 1 night - we get home to receive a £100 parking fine after filling out the our details on the iPad screen near the entrance door which the lady in Reception asked my husband to do whilst I was filling out all our details on Form, on a form which I might add had our car registration on as well!!!!! So frustrating no we’ve got to appeal! Honestly what a pain in the …..! Definitely would advise anyone on booking this place.

Close to station and Morrisons -a long linear hotel on 2 floors. Cost cutting has killed the restaurant and bar.Dynamic pricing leads to eye watering triple pricing when large tourist groups are coming to town. …

Room did what it needed to do. Got sleep. Not too far from visitor centre for Ben Nevis. Near Morrisons and Mcdonals so not nicest location itself. Price difference for one night (44) and other (120) was annoying. Quick check in. Room a bit smelly.
