Great stay here. Des and the team were friendly, welcoming and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. |The food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent. |It is ideally located when visiting the Loch and the surrounding areas. Thoroughly enjoyed it here.

V good value for money excellent location staff and food. The manager helped resolve an issue with access and they stored our bikes. The bed was comfortable and room was good. Had a fantastic overnight stay at The Loch Lomomd hotel.We were made to feel so welcome on arrival by Des & his team, fantastic service throughout.Room was exceptionaly clean & modern with a very comfy bed.Food was amazing & location spot on. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Convenient, clean. The parking situation with the restaurant downstairs is kind of a nightmare. Check-in was with the most friendly guy i've ever met (i didn't catch his name). He showed me my room in person, was really helpful.Price was right. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we had plans elsewhere, but would have because the smells were spectacular. Totally recommend.

Stayed here from Friday to Sunday as part for stag event. We loved the hotel rooms especially the 6 bed one. As mentioned in other reviews the rooms and corridors are very hot. Location is perfect for everything and free parking available but maybe not a space at dinner time so park on street outside and possibly get space after dinner.Here is the bad part. We had booked for breakfast at 830 but Dez did not book us in as he thought would be fine to accommodate us. We turned up at 830 and young lad asked for my name. I gave it and he said there is no booking but take a seat as should be fine to take us. We sat down and the chef (Ryan) started to shout at the waiter through the food hatch. He absolutely tore the young man to shreds. His manner was absolutely disgusting and also said we DO NOT NEED TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. He shouted at him for good time then lad walked away and you could see embarrassment in his face. He was absolutely deflated and this was at 830 am. We said to him if there is an issue we can go else where. He said you may need wait a bit for your breakfast. We said no we will go else where it's fine. We did go else where but went back to put in a complaint about the chef.Ryan was so unprofessional. The restaurant had other guests in it not just us. Ryan could of came and said look lads I cannot accommodate you all. Maybe he was short staffed I don't know but I know there was plenty food to feed us all as I was informed there was.So to summarise the Hotel is perfect but Ryan the chef is not by a long shot. He needs to learn to deal with his temper. Learn people skills and be more professional in his workplace.

Really great hotel . The location is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly especially Des and the waiters. There are no lifts but they accommodated my wish and moved me to a lower floor. Lovely biscuits coffee and tea supplied in the room. Plenty of parking and housekeeping was good. DELISCIOUS breakfast a la carte

Stumbled on this bar/restaurant on the bank holiday weekend and the food was absolutely fantastic. An unusual, but varied menu, highly recommend! The staff were very friendly, nice vibes, very high quality food!
