Owner is a very cheeky person. Constant problems with alarms. Sound of shooting almost every week from around the house next to it. Locking doors after 10pm.

Absolutely gorgeous farm house. Brilliant view of the river. Delicious breakfast. Owners were super friendly and put their selves out to make them comfortable. Martin noticed it was my birthday and asked as soon as we walked in if I've had a drink yet. He immediately hired us a taxi and booked us a table at the nearest pub to celebrate my big 30! Will visit again!!!

This is the very best of Scotland. We stayed there for 6 nights and had the best time. The food was great. It was clean. Super rooms quiet. I can not tell you how wonderful it was. Since we stayed long we were suppose to have to move rooms which was going to be fine. But they worked it out no moving around. Wonderful and special people. All the guest were nice.I loved it. I am a very picky tracker and again super, super great !

This is one of the best B and B's I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Bunty and Martin are the most amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The full Scottish breakfast is amazing however, if your not that hungry, you can opt for the lovely omlet or just boiled eggs on toast, which are equally as good. The views from the breakfast room are picture perfect and, depending on the weather, can change to a number of different beautiful pictures throughout the day. However, no matter what the weather, it is nice and cosy in there in front of the beautiful coal fire. Sitting with the other guests at breakfast is great as you get to know all about their travels and share stories. It is lovely and quiet and the rooms and beds are superior in quality, which gives you the best nights sleep. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the area.
