I cannot say enough positive things about this B and B. I arrived mate and Jeff early why b was a shame. From the communication before my arrival to the warmth of the hosts to the amazing breakfast which really set a bar too high for anywhere else I stayed to reach! The room (Orkney), the peace and quiet, the shower, the tea and coffee…all lovely. Speaking of coffee - breakfast filtered coffee was very nice. Thank you Richard and Jane, if I’m in the area again in years to come I will definitely stay here.

You can see Dunnet Head from the garden of this modern house in the absolute top of the mainland!The beds are comfortable and great pillows and fluffy towels.Our hosts Richard and Jane were marvelous with friendly travel advice and breakfast.We recommend this as the best B&B we have stayed in.

Stayed 2 nights at this wonderful B&B hosted by Jane and Richard.The Orkney room on the ground floor was wonderful, even if it is not the larger room!!! Bed was great, excellent ensuite, and breakfast was amazing.The hospitality shown by Jane and Richard was truly wonderful. A delight to stay at and a very good price for B&B's in Scotland.Stay a few days to properly explore Caithness. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here while driving along the NC500. The place is absolutely lovely and the hosts are ever so friendly, they will surely do anything to give you a pleasant stay. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast options available, plenty of choice for vegetarians and there's even oatmilk available.

I wish to give 6 stars but its not avaliable... the most friendly, welcoming and nice Air BnB experience Ive had. Excellent cooked breakfast, Pink Floyd on the stereo and the whole front porch lounge to myself with the setting sun. I will try to come back and didnt really want to leave... Thankyou for your excellent service to a lone motorcycle traveller.

Stay here for 2 nights. As we both traveling around Scotland. Aurora B&B is a great place to say. We had a great time The food was amazing and we met two lovely doggies. Would 100% recommend.

Best B&B we stayed at! So welcoming and warm! Richard and Jane are so kind and made sure we were comfortable. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room to the breakfast (best breakfast ever! everything was tasty and the homemade bread is an absolute must, as well as the kale and tomato toast). Jane and Richard were very accommodating and helped us with diner reservations as well as making sure we would get on the ferry on time. Lovely stay! Jane even gave us homemade walnut bread before we left!
