Stayed July 15-16 2024. The Inveroran hotel was our favourite stop along the west highland way! They have a beautiful outdoor seating area by a river and the food was amazing! The best we had during the whole hike! They have a little store as well if you need more supplies for your travels. There's a camping area just down the road which had been surrounded by a herd of cows when we went to check it out, it was so sweet! We also saw some Scottish red deer in the evening. The staff were amazing! Super nice and helpful. The breakfast options were great as well and they had the best muffins! I'm still thinking about them now, don't know what they were made of but they were amazing! Absolutely would stay here again!

Stayed one night here whilst walking the West Highland Way. It's a hotel all by itself on the hillside, it's spooky(in a good way) and atmospheric. Very cosy inside and the rooms are nice. …

We stayed here whilst walking the West Highland Way and it was an absolute treat. After some punishing days on the way this gem of a hotel had everything we needed to rest and restore before we set off again. The staff were so welcoming, the hotel so comfortable and quirky complete with friendly ghost 😉 and the food so fresh and tasty, so good to eat a variety of vegetables after eating mostly chips with everything - complements to the chef! Would highly recommend staying here if you can get booked!

A magnificent lodge along the WHW! We got the last room available which was more of a full apartment than a room -- would have preferred a simple room had we booked sooner! I booked in May for my July trip, so definitely plan early. …

This Hotel is one of the stopping points along the West Highland Way. It is one of the more remote stops. The staff, compared to most hotel staff we encountered along the Way, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. …

This is a great little hotel seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We stayed there on our 4th day of the West Highland Way and would highly recommend it. The staff were super friendly and hard working. The meal was the best one we had during our trip. And we had some amazing early morning pictures in the mist when we left!

This was our favourite stop along the WHW. The scenery around is spectacular, the interior is so cozy and welcoming, and the food was delicious (the best sandwiches in our packed lunches too!). The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind and we felt like we were staying in a friend’s home. We especially enjoyed having a pint and reading our books in the residents’ lounge in the evening. Highly recommended!
