Basic, but clean. Everything you need. Bathroom and toilet are comfortabel and clean. Beds are good. Breakfast isn't done on site, but we had breakfast in Inverness in the Rendezvous, open from 8 am. Private parking is included in the booking, walking distance from city centre!!

Picked the Alban & Abbey House due to it's proximity to the Rabbie's departure point which was a <5 minute walk and short walk from the Inverness train station. Was greeted at check-in down the road at Ardoss Glencairn Guesthouse by the friendly host and after a trial with the payment machine got my room's key. My single room felt oversized with soaring ceilings. Loved the smart TV so I could watch Netflix or other cast-able videos, the ability to adjust the temperature with the wall-mounted radiator, the black-out curtains, desk space and small love seat. Great shower with shampoo and body wash. If I stayed more than 1 night I'd have preferred not to be on the ground floor by the front door but it was a quiet night and was not disturbed by other guests. I hope to stay again!

This Airbnb house is located in a quiet area of Inverness. The environment was quite peaceful. The room we were given was pleasant and spacious. It was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. It was really quite adequate. There were no parking problems.

Great location, easy to walk into centre. Husband and I stayed here the night before I ran the inverness half marathon.To pick the keys up, we had to walk to another building (3 minutes walk away), which was a little strange but was no hassle. The woman on the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and the ideal person to great you on arrival.As advertised, no breakfast included. However, I always have the same baguel and coffee before a run, so that didn't bother me. Teas and coffees were provided.The room was perfect for what we needed. The only issue I found was, being a taller/broader man, I hit my shoulder off the towel rail handing on the door.Parking is behind and/or infront of the building.

Margaret at the front desk was very helpful with information about the town and is a lovely person. The room was very nice and clean, and the check-in/checkout process was very easy. We didn’t drive but there is free parking. Wifi worked well for most nights but was slow the last night of our stay once more visitors arrived. They had a very informative booklet for local restaurants and bakeries to try, which was very helpful.
