My mum and I were there for two nights, and it was a good choice based on value, friendly staff, and basic services. There's an ironing board in every room (rare for Europe) and the rooms are clean and functional.  …

Excellent hotel 👍Great location - Inverness historic centre and some of Scotland's most iconic sites are all literally a couple of miles away. Walking to the centre of Inverness is only 30 minutes pleasant walk. The hotel is immaculately maintained, the breakfast food is very well cooked and is of really good quality. The staff are friendly and could not be more helpful. A supermarket and petrol filling station are a stones throw just down the road, a pub is just opposite the hotel entrance although food and drink can be had at good value and in a nice environment in the hotel. And the car park is very safe.Definitely recommend this hotel.

We used to use this Holiday Inn regularly when we visited Inverness when their pricing was competitive with other establishments in Inverness. …

Stayed here for four nights for a holiday. First impressions, great staff but hotel in need of a renovation. Grouting around the room shower was going black and ( as others have pointed out), no air con. …

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed a ground floor room. Reception staff were very helpful and attended all our needs and provided helpful local knowledge. The room was large and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. …

Only good things to say are that the desk clerk was very pleasant and the room is clean. BUT the room is tiny, the “double” bed is not even close to a queen size, there is only 1 usable electrical outlet and it’s along the baseboard, the shower is insanely small. Just everything is about 2/3 the size it should be. I wouldn’t dream of staying here again.

This is a typical holiday inn express - small bare rooms but with tasty breakfast and excellent service. We had a flight issue that delayed us getting there by a day but the hotel staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked, rooms were adequate but the service was fantastic. We had one issue when maid service didn’t turn up one day but the lady at the reception brought us fresh towels and sheets when requested. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby, Can be a little pricey for what you get during summer but what isn’t in that neighborhood. Recommend this property.

I found the staff to be friendly and willing to go out of their way to help out. The hotel is kept in very good condition. They offer a free breakfast with an extensive layout including both British breakfast regulars fresh and frozen fruit..|The general area has tree and green areas.

Well located if you are driving and don’t need a central city location. Plenty of free parking on site, right near Culloden and the A9.|Clean and neat, spacious room, genuine queen size bed, good breakfast. Hotel bar/lounge area is pleasant to relax in. Excellent pub/restaurant right next door that is very popular.||I would use it again.

Room was a great size. Bed & bedding comfortable. Would have preferred a bath, but shower was a good one. The breakfast looked great, with good choices, but I couldn't sample as much as I wanted due to imminent hospital visit. What I had was lovely though. All staff were smiley.
