We dined at the restaurant on our short visit to Lochinver. The staff were so lovely and made us feel great. The food was really great too. The pheasant starter and the sea bass with linguine main were amongst the best dishes we've had on our trip. The views of the sunset were breath-taking. Would really recommend anyone visiting Lochinver!

On arrival we received a free upgrade to a fantastic room with views over the harbour. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the harbour it is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the village but a bit longer coming back up.  …

We booked to dine here. We were able to choose a table that overlooked the harbour and the beautiful surrounding landscape. Fabulous staff and attentive service with time and space to choose from a great menu and enjoy every mouthful. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. A lovely evening rounded off with a visiting deer just beyond the patio. 🌟

We recently did a road trip through the Highlands and stayed here for one night. It was considerably more expensive than we’d anticipated but it made much more sense once we got there - it’s quite a big hotel and of a much higher standard than we’d expected. Our room was beautifully appointed with a large and exceedingly comfy bed, we had good linens / robes, in-room coffee etc - and direct views out across the water (the real highlight). The staff were friendly and professional, and we enjoyed our stay.

On our NC500 tour, we've stayed in some nice places. This was (is) a terrific hotel only matched by the views from the dining room and luckily for us our bedroom. …

Booked here last minute after a stormy night in the campervan. From when I called to make a reservation and throughout the stay the service was exceptional. They only had a twin room left but it was beautiful, with very comfortable beds, a nice big bath and a view over the harbour. We didn’t eat dinner as had a reservation in town but had an excellent old fashioned in the bar by the fire before heading to bed. I enquired about vegan options on the phone when I first booked and when we arrived for breakfast in the morning to waiter knew already and was able to advise on the options available. Brilliant stay, the service is the standout quickly followed by the beds!!

A completely charming hotel, classically decorated with stunning views of the loch. Our room was beautiful, with armchairs by the window to enjoy coffee with a view in the morning. The bathroom was clean and modern and we enjoyed padding around in our robes and slippers. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks with panoramic views in the restaurant and were looked after incredibly well by the hotel staff throughout. Overall a great stay, we would return in the future!
