The Chieftain Hotel is very close to the centre of Inverness. It has easy access free parking. The hotel is starting to show its age but still has that warmth and style of an old pub. …

Just finished our evening meal...Make sure you eat nothing all day before you order the chicken fajitas...huge portion and so tasty. Superb beer on tap. Then became afraid when I saw the size of the Belgian waffles...hmmm...so glad did not have a starter

A very bad experience, I will never stay here again. Unorganised, rude manager (or possibly the owner), had me running around within our group sorting out their mistakes. Got lied to, and I was treated badly for the remainder of my time there.

We had a family meal to celebrate my cousin's 40th birthday. I ordered the mac and cheese and it was honestly the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Everyone else enjoyed their meals too. Staff were lovely too. Thank you all, we will be back soon.

Had an amazing time, a warm welcome on arrival, the food was excellent and the staff were friendly nothing was a bother and on occasion went above and beyond to assist. Looking forward to going back later on this year. We had a small party on the Friday night for my husbands retirement and the buffet was outstanding.
