I got the warmest welcome when I arrived late after a full day flight delay. The room was toasty and comfortable, with nice touches, like a hot water bottle in a fleece sleeve, chocolates, and a kettle with instant hot chocolate, coffee, …

My mom and I stayed here for one night and WISH it would have been available for our entire stay in Inverness. I’ve stayed at two other guest houses and one hotel in Inverness and this is my favourite by far! …

What a great place to stay in Inverness - cozy and comfortable rooms at a convenient location. Easy to reach by car + free parking. The guest house is just opposite a supermarket and at a walkable distance both to the city center and the sea (15-20 min. walk in each direction). We were provided with valuable information about the area and great suggestions on where to go and what to do. There was hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the room. We ordered breakfast on site - it was fantastic. The hosts were super kind and made us feel at home. All in all, do not hesitate to book this place.

Laura and Danny run a sweet little Guest House where I had a lovely 3-night stay. You order breakfast the night before and Danny cooks it in the morning - full Scottish available and a great way to start the day. …

We stayed two nights at the Kemps Guest House. The hosts were super lovely and approachable at all times. They have provided precious recommendations before and during our trip. For breakfast you could choose between a classic Scottish breakfast or a sweet version with porridge and pastries or even both :) That is definitely a recommendation for everyone who wants to stay in Inverness and explore that area.
