The whole stay was fantastic. We were greeted by a tot of whisky or sherry and shortcake. The room overlooked the loch and a lovely touch was the provision of binoculars. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. …

The check-in process was very nice, they gave us a complimentary glass of whisky or sherry and shortbread cookies. Our room didn't face the water but they were full so I couldn't get one but some of the rooms face the water. They have a lounge area where you can sit and relax which overlooks the water. The room is tiny - it was more like a double bed not a queen sized bed. We could hardly fit our suitcases in the room. The bathroom was super tiny - the sink was literally a small rectangle! The shower was super small too and the water pressure was very low with lukewarm temperature. Water got everywhere in the bathroom after shower. The mirror had a nice light - good for makeup. The room was modern and clean and nicely decorated. They provided cookies and water in the room. Breakfast in the morning was well plated but took forever to come and was just a tiny portion (the cooked breakfast). Then they did have a buffet where you could pick cereals and breads etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour House, as part of our NC500 trip. The room was lovely with beautiful views of the loch. Binoculars are even kindly provided for spotting wildlife. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was so small you couldn’t go out the door without untucking your comforter and placing on top of the bed. The bathroom sink was so small you couldn’t get two hands in to wash your hands or face . …
