I came to Cattlestone Farm with a friend to stay in the camping van field. We were amazed at the facilities, outside toilet and showers that were so clean and well kept, there was a washing up hut and a freezer with ice blocks. The whole site was gorgeous, lots to explore and see and the animals were a special treat! The Highland cows were so amazing and absolutely made the trip!! Alan the farmer was so friendly and accommodating and we were blessed with hanging out with the cows during feeding time. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back during the height of summer to see the wild flower meadows! Such great value for money and a really special experience!! Thank you

Liked: The field was beautiful and they even had a very large area in the middle for children and dogs to play and run around. That was truly fantastic.  …

Had a really lovely stay at the campsite. Toilets and showers were always clean with plenty of hot water. Sites are flat as you can find anywhere. Field is ringed by trees with plenty of owls to keep you company. Loads to do in the local area. And the owners were super friendly and helped us out when our car broke down and even give us a lift into town. Would happily return.

We had a fabulous camping trip at Cattlestone Farm. The pitches are spacious and well separated and the view across the field is delightful. There is a space in the middle for games which is great. We saw some lovely sunsets. The showers and toilets (though in what looks like tin sheds) are extremely clean and well maintained and showers are hot. There is a log and fire pit service every evening which is really nice, especially as it gives you a chance to connect with Donna and Alan who extremely warm, helpful and a joy to be staying with. The highland cattle and goats gave the kids some extra entertainment each day and there is a fabulous walk to The Rising Sun in Nutbourne passing by the vineyard for some tasting! Don't hesitate to go here. The glamping looks excellent too... really nicely done and beautifully decorated shepherds huts. The freezer for ice blocks meant we could keep our food cold in cool bags by rotating. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be an extra faucet on the washing up sink so more than one person can do it at a time and a charging plug for phones, however it was great to be without phone interactions while we were away.

Fantastic!! We were fortunate enough to host a family event at Cattlestone farm, and everything was perfect! Donna and Alan were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and accommodating to every need we had, nothing was too much trouble. Our friends and family also had the best time and everyone was extremely complimentary about how wonderful it is there. Can’t wait to visit again and make more wonderful memories.
