I wish I could share comments on this hotel, unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance. This was booked 3 months before our due date, the night before I tried phoning, but no response. I sent an email out of courtesy, to advise Veronica our estimated time of arriving which was between 7.30- 8.00pm. I received an email back to tell me of breakfast times, leaving key in door when we left etc.We arrived on the date booked, a little earlier then emailed the night before. We were ringing the doorbell and using the door knocker to no avail, for half an hour. Tried phoning the number on paperwork, rang for ages then came up with this number is not a available. Tried ringing the doorbell again, no luck. In desperation Tried the phone number again, it rang for ages before Veronica answered eventually. Explained the situation to her, was immediately asked "have you booked ", can you believe. I was then told , my partner should be there. Eventually, my husband and myself had , by this time, had enough. Because now is was late, got back in our car and started our journey home, all 2 and a half hours worth. We are both aged 70, this WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED AT A HOTEL. Will not be going back, absolutely disgusting service, or lack of.

I stayed with my friend and we had two rooms which were lovely, quiet and located on the first floor. We had booked afternoon tea on arrival which wasn’t a disappointment - freshly made sandwiches cakes and scones with plenty of tea. …

A lovely warm welcome, excellent freshly cooked breakfast which was plentiful. Our room was well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only issue was the bed was quite soft for my 6"3 husband. Tea and coffee is supplied, along with a small fridge for milk

We booked two twin rooms - our room 5 was good positioned on the front. Road wasn't too noisy even with the windows opened. Second bedroom was a double bed and single bed which seemed more of a put up bed. …

What a wonderful place to stay.Veronica, the owner, is lovely. The B&B, both public areas and our Room #4, were clean and tidy. They offer cold milk at reception in a thermos to take back to your room for your hot drinks. There is also a selection of adult beverages there.Plenty of plugs in the room to charge devices.A short stroll from the beach, and around the corner from the Tesco Express.Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Full English Breakfast, Eggs Benedict or Eggs Royale, fresh fruit, a variety of yogurts and cereals (including porridge). There is free WiFi, although it was very weak in Room #4. As my wife would say, put that tablet down, we’re on holiday.
