In our opinion as locals . The best all round pub/dining in the area. Very reasonable menu prices and lovely garden to the side. Always a friendly greeting at any time from lovely staff. Not the miserable welcome you get from most 'posher' local establishments. Lovely place..

Been popping in here for a few years now, staff always friendly and helpful! Good selection of Beers and the Garden is lovely on a hot day as is the fire in winter. Nice atmosphere in the pub, just need to try the Sunday dinners now as they seem to be very popular.

First time coming to the Flying Bull for Sunday lunch. All 4 of our meals were lovely. Good size portions and the large Yorkshire puddings are spot on! Slight last of desserts on the menu bearing in mind they weren't very busy but the lemon cheesecake was delicious

Absolutely the kind of pub that should be supported. Great staff with lovely beer and the food was brilliant. Accommodation was very comfortable and we were well looked after. If you are walking the Serpents Trail this is a perfect stop. Excellent pub all round.
