This is the second time i have been here, for the same reason. I just needed a bed reasonably close to Worthing Golf Club where i was playing in a tournament the next day.||Its a proper oak panelled pub bar area, with a large garden. …

We stayed here for our wedding and had such a great experience. The rooms were lovely and have recently been redecorated. The food is great and a very fair price for the quality. The staff made us feel so welcome and relaxed, thank you so much!

Had a very pleasant two night stay here. All the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good! The rooms are small and clean and just right for a short stay. The mattress could be more comfortable, but for two nights it was alright.

This place was so awful I had to leave the same day I arrived. The bathrooms downstairs were grubby and filled with bugs. Once I got to my room, I saw stains on the floor, paint peeling everywhere and marks on the furniture. I'm unsure how this hotel has a 4-star rating as I have stayed in hostels nicer than this. I was so uncomfortable with how dirty the room was I went downstairs to speak with someone. But the place was packed full of rowdy men leering at me. As a solo female traveler I felt so anxious and scared I had to leave. After calling and explaining why I left i was rudely spoken to by a member of staff who didn't seem to care at all about the terrible state of the property or how uncomfortable the whole experience was. No refund nor apology offered. Appalling experience. Do not stay here!

I would go there for a beer. But not have a room again.Room was little, dark, functional and not as the rooms shown in Expedia. Enclosed bathroom too small - you nearly could not use the toilet. They wanted to sell us the proper room for 20£ up... Would have been 115£ 😱 far too much. There is NO BREAKFAST, and bed was old. Room was clean. In the pub food and drinks not cheap no special beers and nothing worth to say but the pizza was nice and tasty.Alltogether a sadly wrong decision.

Roast was decent, could've had more crackling and some of the veg was a bit plain but good value portion wise, creamy leeks were a highlight.Could do with a better beer selection, mostly cheap lager, no seasonal ales, and telling people not to smoke so closely to the garden door the entire pub smells like an ashtray for 5 minutes every hour, rank when you're eating.

We stayed here the night after a wedding at Cissbury barns. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. Findon is a very pretty little village with lovely countryside around it. The room was good but would benefit from a little refurbishment and the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well prepared food, and very nice staff. Good prices, quite clean toilets.|Cheff is allegedly Thai and the Thai dishes show.||With nothing bad to say about neighboring The Gun, I'd recommend this one of the two.||Saturday night had some live music.

The place is pretty clean. Some of the rooms are shared bathroom which isn’t an issue if no one in the other room. Both nights the smoke alarm went off (v loud) at 8am. The drains smelt and the taps and extractor fan were weirdly loud. Staff were lovely
