Have stayed here on a few occasions over many, many years. On my most recent stay (August 2024) I received the same standard of service that I had on my very first stay 26 years ago.I had a twin bedded room that was very spacious & comfortable with a very large bathroom.Very peaceful, excellent staff service (very polite & welcoming) and a lovely breakfast with plenty of options available. I know from past experience that the restaurant serves very good quality food.Ideal location (if visiting Haverfordwest in particular) with spacious parking.Looking forward to my next visit.

Very nice old fashioned hotel dating back to 1625. Room was good and comfortable with plenty of space for clothes etc., |Food is good and staff are helpful and friendly. Good value. Not suitable for mobility impaired because there is no lift. Would recommend as value for money.

We stayed for 12 days at this gem of a hotel. From the start the staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and always served with a smile. Our room (12) was very comfortable and has a cosy bed and a lovely hot shower. …

Lovely welcome and attentive staff throughout our stay.|Rooms spacious but smelt a bit damp and the pillows.|Evening meal delicious but breakfast only mediocre in comparison.|View from room was a decaying trailer in the car park.|With fresh pillows and a good bit of housekeeping this hotel could be so much better.
