We went for a meal on Sunday of bank holiday weekend. Vegan options and a veggie option for kids. Food was very nice. Ranging from burgers, pasta, salads. The bar and waiting on staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly.Nice little play area outside for the kids.Couldn't find on trip advisor which is strange!

Nice enough place - great breakfast and lovely comfy beds. |There was a little traffic noise but it was acceptable as it was on a junction. …

We come for a short trip (only for 2night) with our two children, usually we just n the hotel for sleep and for breakfast. When we arrived the guy was so friendly and explained everything and he gave me the room key & card for door code,Wifi password. (It’s a good idea)About the room. The Hotel s doesn’t have a Lift( we just meet with oldest people’s who’s just arrived n night when we back to hotel and they asked us about the Lift. Have few stairs to go in to rooms.About room:It’s not a high standard room & the housekeepers not working too hard looks like. The bed was too hard for my other half he said. For me was okay. The carpet was dirty, in the bathroom, the wall was broken & the soap dispenser was full n mold. Doesn’t have shampoo and shower gel separately. Towels and bedding was clean. My daughter (8y) like the bunk bed but i don’t think it’s safe for two children was a bit wobbly.Anyway the room was fine, for what we used for.The breakfast:The sausage was small and not too tasty, the pouched egg was al watered. The mushrooms was so soft and not fried properly like a bacon too.The pancake is too oily.So we choosed it a “buffet option “ cereal, toast etc.I can’t say anything about lunch or dinner option in the restaurant because Opposite the hotel was a Sergio’s Kebab and pizza place, & we chosed that place & the pizza was delicious there. The Hotel is a Dog friendly and Children friendly place have a playground n back side and have a lots of parking spaces too.But not recommended for disability people.(I mean people’s who needs to use their wheelchair )Thank you.

Hotel is quite nice not cheap but not extortionate either. Alcohol prices about what you would expect and a good selection. There was a very good band on the Saturday night we stayed, if a little too loud for me. There's not a great deal around in the immediate vicinity although all our needs were adequately met and I believe everyone in our group of nine motorcyclists enjoyed our short stay.Nb. Very good breakfast.

Went for Sunday dinner for the first time in a while. Choice of 3 different meats (mix & match) and as much different roasties, veggies and gravy as you can pile on your plate. Great value and the choice of a smaller or larger plate depending who you're with. Masses of dining space and a really good children's play area at the back for the kids to run off some energy.

Stayed for one night whilst travelling for work. Bedroom quite nice with beamed ceiling. A little bit tired round the edges but absolutely fine. Evening meal and breakfast both fantastic. Would definitely stay again if heading that way.

Staff rude and not helpful. When our food came out husbands was OK not great. I had muscles and they tasted horrible, some empty and all cold no sauce. Sent back wasn't given a option for something else. Guy behind spoke to us and he also sent them back. When asked for a refund the women came from kitchen and was rude not even a sorry. So personally wouldn't recommend.
