Booked a table in the bar for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the dog. The welcome was great and the 2 ladies working the bar were friendly and made us all feel very welcome. The food was delicious, and of a great quality. The white chocolate cheesecake was amazing. Staff also took time to run though gluten free options with a neighbouring table and adjusted menu items to help them. Great little pub and restaurant.

Stayed at the grapes just for one night during our visit to Snowdonia. Very friendly staff, evening meal was great, breakfast was really good too. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and tidy. There’s a good sized car park for hotel guests, and a games room as well.

If you want a nice tasty experience, this is not the place to go. We made a reservation based on the reviews; booked on line to eat there. The first issue was being plonked in the bar area as they’d been a bit greedy on the bookings. …

Mr. B.....Using my wife's account......Found this hotel 2 years ago, after many years of coming to the area. It does exactly what I want. Very friendly, helpful, and hard working staff. Good food. No frills, no nonsense, very adequate accommodation. In a beautiful part of Wales that I have loved coming to for over 50 years. If it remains like this, I will not go anywhere else.

It was a very pleasant stay. We always got a smile out of all the staff when you walked in the hotel from the start of our stay till the minute we booked out.the food is perfect every time. There's not a bad word that i can say about it.when it's busy as it's very popular, the parking is difficult at times, but you can understand that.i will go back there again with out a doubt .Thank you very much for the wonderful time there

Lovely food, good service, they even boast their own real ale. Visited on a rainy day but the view from the beer garden looks exceptional. Great little stop off on a long day's hike.
