A good hotel, with some excellent touches, but let down in a couple of areas.||Positives were the breakfast, which had a really great choice and was good quality. We also really enjoyed dinner on arrival, which was on a Monday evening. …

We really loved this hotel (both my husband and I in our 40s and my parents in their 70s). Great location, cute rooms! It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it was REALLY quiet. I slept so well here. I also want to give a special shout out to the gals working at the front desk. We were greeted warmly and they were extremely helpful during our stay. We were ding dongs and left our passports in the safe (ugh, I know) only to realize our mistake when we were hours away already...but the receptionist, Shivani, handled the situation beautifully and we had our passports back in hand the very next day. Great customer service! Thank you to the team at Hotel Indigo Cardiff!

This hotel was in an excellent location. A little hard to find, at first, as it’s in an arcade on a pedestrian street. …

Good location in the centre of Cardiff, but it is tricky to find. The entrance to the hotel is located in one of the shopping arcades. Our room was well appointed with lovely shower.  …

I stayed here for 3 and a half weeks due to training for a new job just a few doors down. I must say from start to end my stay here was absolutely wonderful. Every single member of staff I had encountered were friendly, warm and always acknowledged my presence with a hello and a smile. By the end of it I think they all knew my name when I walked through reception each morning to go to work. I ended up staying in a few different rooms and each one was always immaculate and clean and very quiet and couldn’t hear any noise at all from the city centre. The breakfast was extremely tasty! 😋 even though the company I work for paid for me to stay here I would 100% stay here again out of my own pocket when I’m next in Cardiff. Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff at all! I hope to see you all again soon! Thank you for making my 3 and a half weeks stay wonderful!

A hidden little gem! Great location, a bit tricky to find if unfamiliar with the area. Clean, helpful staff, the fitness centre was well hidden but well equipped. Breakfast and room vacation were promptly enforced! Would return. Good value for money.

Stayed overnight for a show at the Bay. Rooms are spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Great location, right in the city centre. Didn't use the restaurant or the roof terrace but I'm sure they wouldn't disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.Thank you Sara and the team. 😊👍
