Have stayed at The Lemon Tree previously. As before, the rooms were cosy and immaculate. The service is second to none and you are always greeted with a smile with the staff knowing your name by the next day. …

Charming hotel inside what was once a church. We were in room #2 which overlooked the street out front, I was concerned we would hear the traffic but it wasn’t noticeable at all. …

Wonderful stay and very courteous staff. Raffi went out of his way to answer our questions and provide valuable info. What the bed lacked in comfort, the rest of the hotel made up for it with its charm and ambiance. Mind the wall when using car park - whew! Thanks for a great visit to Wrexham.

We booked Sunday lunch here and wren’t disappointed. The quality of the food is excellent and really generous portion sizes. A lovely atmosphere, although busy it wasn’t too noisy. Staff are friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared! The location was walkable to the Wrexham stadium, which was a big plus to us. The room was a little tight, but we were still very pleased with the value. We'd recommend!

What a beautiful place, sadly the twin rooms were upstairs, not ideal for someone with mobility issues, and this is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Evening meal was delightful and breakfast was delicious. A historic house, with a modern feel in a perfect location, close to the town.

Six of us stayed in three rooms for two nights and included the breakfast and dinner option which was great value.Rooms were clean, had plenty of room and were serviced during the day while we were out.Parking is tight, although we didn't have an issue finding a space but it might be busier on the weekend.Breakfast and dinner were amazing, staff were very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying!

Very over priced for the quality of the rooms. I had a twin room, which I can only describe as a contractors room. Basic decor. In between the 2 beds was an empty biscuit wrapper that had been left. Room smells of curry. Small 14" tv and so far no remote working. If I was paying £60 a night, ok.. but £115???? Yes good location and staff on arrival great, but the room is very poor for the price

Absolutely brilliant! I stay in a lot of hotels as I work away a lot all over the country. This was my first visit to The Lemon Tree and it won’t be my last. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even with my pre arrival queries. The room was clean, everything worked, and the bed was very comfortable! There was even a mini fridge and microwave in the room, nice touch, especially the fridge in this warmer weather! I ate in the resteraunt that evening and had the beetroot and goats cheese tortellini, which was divine! And have just had the creamy wild mushrooms and spinach on sourdough toast with a lovely cup of English tea for my breakfast, which was also delicious!Overall fantastic establishment with high quality tasty food and brilliant customer service. For those with dogs: They love dogs, all the staff paid my girl attention and made her welcome too, and I in no way felt like she was a problem like I have in other places beforehand. There is a decent sized little park, literally less than a minute walk up the road, for wee wee walkies. Also Acton Park, which is bigger just over a mile up the road. The only reason I marked my room down one star was because the shower kept going very hot all of a sudden and very frequently which was pretty uncomfortable. If I could have done 4 and a half I would have selected that….i don’t think a full star demotion really fits, but that’s the only option. I would still rate 5 star overall and absolutely recommend! Thanks so much The Lemon Tree, you were a delightful stop on my work trip! ❤️
