A beautiful Victorian hotel overlooking the pier and nestled within happy valley gardens. Rooms are comfortable with stunning views. Staff are lovely and so dog friendly, even giving our boy a sausage every morning for breakfast! …

We stayed in a family room which was really big and comfortable. Really good shower in the en suite. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - probably the best we've ever had at a B&B! …

Perfect location for town (if you are prepared to climb a hill).Beautiful building.Lovely room (ideal for launching my drone on the roof).Bathroom was very small.Very friendly staff.Breakfast was okay, but I don't like hash browns or grilled tomatoes (personal gripe).Llandudno is a very expensive place, so the price of the room was in line with the going rate.I've never been to Llandudno before.I've done it now , but won't be needing to go again. It is too expensive for an overnight stay. You get a high tally for everything.

Lovely oldie world hotel great views of Llandudno. very comfortable lounge areas to sit and relax with drinks from the bar after a day out. Nice clean rooms with good beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. Breakfast was amazing good selection of food all freshly cooked. The only downside is you need to be fit with good legs as it's located halfway up the great orme, so a lot of uphill walking. But it's worth it once you're there, as the views are spectacular and would highly recommend. Getting a sea view room. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing views. Clean and very efficiently run and dog friendly. Everything you need at breakfast including a coffee machine. We were a family of 6 and they made us all feel very welcome. We would all definitely return.

Lovely location but looking very tired. Bedroom a little small with paper thin walls. The furniture is all past it, not antique just old.The bed base is filthy and the pillows solid. So much so we went out and bought new pillows. The staircase though absolutely beautiful is in serious need of renovation and creaks loudly when walked on.On the plus side though the location is brilliant and the breakfast and choice was one of the best we've had anywhere.

Absolutely lovely little hotel perched on the Great Orme. Right next to the camera obscura at the top of happy valley. Full of character. Fantastic views. Great breakfast. Large comfortable rooms. Terrace overlooking Llandudno for an evening drink. Friendly staff. We had 2 nights there and will definitely be returning. Loved it ❤️
