Stoped in here for a Tesla Supercharger fill up and decided to have lunch. Amazingly good value and really good! We had chorizo croquettes and salt and pepper scampi which were fine - not rubbery or overcooked. …

Just back from a lovely Sunday lunch. I had the turkey and my hubby had lamb (not often a choice on a Sunday lunch menu). Both were gorgeous, came with a massive yorkshire and a lovely selection of fresh veg. …

When we arrived yesterday the weather was glorious. The reception staff were very friendly. Despite there being a wedding, a funeral and a birthday party all happening at once the service was excellent.  …

Stayed here as close to Holywell hospital where I was paying my last respects to a dying relative, arrived at 11pm and given a code for key to room. Room was comfortable for what we needed, smell of damp in room. Only interaction with staff was the gobby well set maid from housekeeping who was very rude to me telling me to hurry up and get out as she had other things to do at 10:02 am.

Can’t thank Yan & his staff for all of their help & advice throughout the planning process of our wedding reception. The night was absolutely brilliant, perfect from start to finish. Special mention for the buffet food which myself and the majority of the guests have commented on how it was the nicest food they’ve had at a wedding!! Stunning. Family and friends from afar were able to stay over in the rooms at the hotel and breakfast was included in this.If you’re thinking of booking please do. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Yan

Yes, it's much like a lot of holiday hotels, better than Premier, but just a little bit expensive. We liked the rooms, they were clean and tidy. Only draw back was the smelly on-sweet bathroom, although almost all hotels I've stayed in have the same problem. The annoying thing is that there wouldn't be any smells if the ventilation systems were designed properly.

It was fine. The room was clean but a bit spartan. No carpet made it a bit unwelcoming. Some areas a bit tired. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed. Staff were a bit over keen to have us dine there.

Long weekend stay and the pinnacle of the visit was their food - every meal was outstanding and no complaints whatsoever. Daily special pie packed full of meat and excellent gravy.Otherwise rooms were OK for price - 2 sky lights wouldn't open and one blind. Bed mattress had some slope so a bit uncomfortable with 2 of us. An annoyance was the Teslea chargers and the constant stream of them and EV's coming in at all hours, given our room was right next to the road round to them.
